The villa is nice, fresh and very pleasant renovation, atmospheric. We rented a villa with two bedrooms, both had their own toilets and showers, each had an individual living room, a large kitchen-living room with all necessary appliances. There is a lot of greenery on the territory, fruit trees. Nice pool, not very small.
Not without minuses of course:
You need to buy all consumables yourself (unusual), even there are no dishwashing detergents
Roosters, no, ROOSTERS! They scream all the time, and in the morning, and in the afternoon, and all night, and morning
Ants come from the street to every villa, they come in droves
The host is not very welcoming
In general, the pros outweighed all the cons. Very atmospheric village, old ghost town, Lycian trail, atmospheric stone villas

Very cool villas to stay in, we were very comfortable and spacious, all the necessary equipment was present. It has its own territory, shady, with many fruit trees. We took a Turkish breakfast, it fully met our expectations. Very hospitable host, I heartily recommend it. There was only no shower gel in the shower rooms.
We rested in Oludeniz in September 2021, decided to go somewhere else for the second week and stayed at Doga apartments for 2 days, and eventually extended it to 7 days, because the place is unrealistic, a continuous retreat. The owner Ali is a very cool and interesting person, we went swimming with him early in the morning to cold water bay. We will definitely come back.
