An amazing clinic
The first time we came to this clinic was with an emergency.
A dog on a walk inhaled ustyug (a thorn from the grass).
It was necessary to get it under anesthesia.
The dog is difficult (English Bulldog). They don't tolerate anesthesia very well.
We were terribly worried when we were in this clinic for the first time (the endoscopist in ours was on vacation).
But Alexander Alexandrovich (surgeon and anesthesiologist) and Bogdan Vitalievich (endoscopist) they coped brilliantly.
The human attitude was especially striking. We were so comforted and supported.
There are also great girls at the reception

Thanks for the excellent work of the staff, on the 13th we were at the castration of Axel, the cat benefited. He's as calm as a boa constrictor now, the stitches are gone, everyone is happy. My special love and gratitude to the head physician Alexander Vasilyevich, who helped in a difficult situation (the cat was mangy, I was afraid that they would not accept us and wanted to do so at first). But fortunately, the Hero was in time, we were also promptly examined by a dermatologist and the cat fortunately turned out to be clean, (Axel was mangy as a result of street fights) we were prescribed drops (may the doctor forgive me for my ignorance as a hostess, it was a shame). Veterinary running around, a shop and all these funny things, uniforms with animals and bones I really like)) People love their work and their patients, it shows. I brought the kitten from the street for inspection, he was sluggish and did not eat well. They wanted to treat the parasites immediately. The doctor listened to everything, weighed the kitten, said that with a weight of less than 0.5 kg it was not necessary to process and told to gain weight. I prescribed prebiotics.
After prebiotics and a change of food, the kitten became active and began to gain weight and grow.
A week later, they were brought for a second examination, treated with drops from parasites.
The staff are polite and attentive, answered a lot of questions, thanks to them.

One of the disadvantages is that the payment is not complete.
When accepting the cat, they stated one amount, a day later they sent a report and a second amount, in fact, when they took the animal, a third amount was formed.

In this clinic, Akbota's doctor almost killed the dog.
I fed the dog, which was brought for gastroscopy, so as not to engage in this examination.
She silenced the radiologist, who nevertheless saw signs of a foreign body in the pictures, in order to persuade her to take tests that did not coincide with the symptoms at all.
After 3 X-rays and two ultrasounds, they could not determine the presence of a foreign body. They begged them to do an additional examination - a refusal.
Doctor Bogdan, although a young specialist, is the only one who did not harm the dog.
We have been looking forward to the analysis for brucellosis for 1.5 months. Although it is assigned only because of the cost.
The dog's nickname is Batyr.

I bought a Maine Coon kitten, my dream) the baby was three months old. On the day I picked it up, the Breeder said that I needed to be vaccinated, gave me pills for worms, said give me pills tomorrow and vaccinate in a week. We arrived home, the cat went to the toilet at night, the stench was all over the house, she said that this happens. The smell was alarming and when I stroked the cat on the tummy, I felt the intestines, I even thought that there was some kind of tumor, but after going to the toilet everything goes away. I asked the Breeder what it could be, she said it was normal, and I calmed down.
We have been vaccinated. After the vaccination, the kitten became sluggish and two days later we went to the vet.We went to the clinic, did all possible tests, ultrasound, X-rays, put an IV drip on us and sent us home to observe. I woke up at night, and my kitten is practically without feelings. I've got him in my arms and in the round-the-clock vet.the clinic. I brought him to Dog Premium, the guys immediately accepted us, did an intestinal infection test and put the kitten in the hospital. We fought for the baby's life for three days, his digestive tract completely failed, and eventually his heart stopped. Although my baby did not survive, I want to thank the entire team of doctors in this vet.the clinic, the guys were always in touch, I called constantly day and night, the doctor always talked to me, explained everything, told me in detail what measures were being taken. Thank you guys.
The breeder sold me a kitten with gastrointestinal problems, and vaccination and moving to a new place aggravated his illness. It was then that I found out that it is impossible to vaccinate immediately after moving the animal (The breeder does not contact me because she knew about the kitten's problems!
The Dog Premium team did everything to save the kitten. Thanks again to the whole team!

Until recently, there was a good vet clinic. I took many of my animals and homeless people there for sterilization, castration and treatment. But the last time I brought a cat for sterilization, they charged me 6,500 for a distemper test. They informed me by phone that the cost would be 15,000 for sterilization and for medicines, but in fact the doctor deceived and said that now they allegedly do not accept animals without this test. After sterilizing the cat, I asked again if the test was mandatory or not and was told that it was voluntary. Then I asked for the money back. I was promised to consider this issue. They only promised, no one contacted me. After my repeated appeal, I received an incomprehensible explanation about the fact that they are trying to do this test, etc. and the like. I said that after all, it is done at will and then they should not have demanded it from me, but the deputy director did not want to compromise in any way. Apparently, they don't value their customers at all, 6,500 is more important to them. And to be honest, the doctors there are not such great professionals now. The prices are very high and do not correspond to the quality of service. I do not recommend contacting this clinic. They will fraudulently rip you off like a stick. Negotiate prices in advance, don't let them get you divorced. And it is better to avoid this veterinary clinic. If money is in the first place for them, then which animals are in the first place?

Before the operation, it was necessary to undergo an ultrasound of the heart and a test for anesthesia. All this came out in the amount of 45,000 tenge. In another clinic, they did it for 9,000, without ultrasound and examinations.

A dog weighing 14 kg was injected with 14 ml of B12 (500 mcg per 1 kg of weight instead of 500 mcg PER ANIMAL). This is a dose, 14 times (!!!) exceeding the recommended amount. Horses are given no more than 4 ml. At least they didn't even want to try to neutralize it somehow. The head clinic said that once such a dose was rolled into Griboyedov, so that we would go there. I don't care about the animal. I don't care about the reputation of the clinic! And this is without a diagnosis. The diagnosis can't be made for a month and a half. Bogdan Bogdanov was at the reception that evening.

It was explained in an accessible way , the cat was repaired. The reverent attitude towards the animal, diagnosis, treatment, and so on are normally printed on a sheet. Although the operation was expensive, it included medicine and other side effects. Both the doctor and the surgeon left positive ratings. Yes, the clinic itself is in the wilderness, but the level is just like in the presidential one. There is also an X-ray, which is very convenient. Well, in short, if the question is about quality, then here. We made concessions on money, within reasonable limits. Although the cat is wild and we have not yet managed to catch it again, it is no longer rotting and will no longer spread the infection to our pets.

Excellent clinic. Recently, we applied to this clinic for the first time. A big plus is that it works around the clock. A modern clinic, with modern equipment. We arrived with our dog at about ten o'clock in the evening to get an X-ray. Before that, we treated our dog in another clinic, where we were told that she had cancer and metostases already in her lungs, we need to put the dog to sleep. At the Dog premium clinic, a very young doctor who did the X-ray refuted the diagnosis made at another clinic. There was no cancer. A bone is stuck in the esophagus. The doctor explained to us, showed us and advised the clinic where the operation can be performed.That's how the correct diagnosis was made in a few minutes!!! And in another clinic, they stretched out their time, they could not make a diagnosis for 5 whole days. Now we will contact the Dog premium clinic. The prices are reasonable and the quality is at the highest level!
