You need to prepare tea in advance, preferably not from tea bags.

I've been a client for a long time. I wanted to make a delivery on February 14th. The first is that this branch was not working on delivery on that day, the second is that it was the last day of bonuses. Since I couldn't order the delivery, the bonuses burned out. Technical support responded to the request to extend the bonuses by saying that the bonuses could have been used on other days. In general, the momentum has gained and the attitude towards the client has become not so good, it's sad. I had to delete my account and the app.

I am very disappointed with the Dodo Pizza service. I ordered pizza for the kids at school — an important and crucial moment. The courier never arrived, the order was not completed, and the money was simply refunded without any apologies or explanations. For me, this is not just an inconvenience, but a ruined event and disappointed children. I did not expect such an attitude towards clients. I deleted the app and will never use their services again. I do not recommend it!

The pizza is delicious. But the whole impression was spoiled by nuggets. They are not tasty at all, like store-bought dumplings. They are very soft. It doesn't look like chicken, especially fresh. It was as if it had been frozen for half a year and then boiled in oil.
I do not recommend buying nuggets here. Just pizza.

One of the best establishments in the city in terms of price / quality ratio.
Pizza is always on top, delicious snacks. The order is prepared quickly (it seems 10 minutes).
The playground is unusual soft large shaped parts for the house (my children 2 and 4 years old can play there for an hour or two).
The staff is polite, the hall is clean.

Local noisy teenagers are constantly sitting in the hall, who do not order anything, but take up seats. Also, beggars periodically enter the hall and ask visitors to eat.

The disadvantages that not everyone can put up with are the deadlines for submission - they waited for a very long time, called and reminded the waiter about our order several times. Most of all, I did not like the closeness from the too close location of neighboring tables. Sometimes it seemed that it wasn't strangers sitting at the tables, but we were all one friendly company. In a word, after this visit, we haven't set foot there. Thank God there are still decent establishments in Atyrau.
