But after one incident, I changed my attitude to this pizzeria.
I ordered my favorite set as always, the driver was late, as you know, the pizzeria issues a certificate for free pizza in this case, God knows I don't need it, I was wondering what the driver would do.
The driver gave my order and calmly got ready to leave, did not even apologize or try to explain himself somehow for the cold pizza, but the fact that there is some kind of certificate. Of course, this didn't bother me much, and I decided on principle to ask where my certificate for being late was, to which the driver replied that he didn't have them and the administrator would contact me later to provide a promo code.
A few days later, I remembered this case, and the fact that no one contacted me, I think I'll write to support, I wrote, promised to solve it, promised that representatives of the branch would contact me and eliminate the misunderstanding)
Of course, no one contacted me again, moreover, they even began to ignore my messages in support.
So, what's the bottom line: You have to be honest, their pizza is really delicious, but who needs cold pizza, isn't it? No matter how much it costs, we pay for the moment of eating hot and delicious pizza, I think it would upset anyone.
Secondly, is it even worth buying food from people who lie at every step now, after all, this is food, we eat it, we consume it believing that all this is from high-quality and fresh products.

I really loved dodo pizza in Moscow, I had lunch almost every day. but only the dodster could be ordered in THIS BRANCH...but over time, they made it smaller and smaller, as if it didn't taste better... pizza in general is not very honest, cinnamon rolls, meat starter too, the only mushroom starter is delicious...the staff is also not a fire (perhaps only the male part, the girl working at the cash register is normal) - they run past like wild with shouts of "now" and press the bell (somehow I couldn't press it myself) when I calmly stand and wait at the cash register, in fact, the typical behavior of local guys, which is annoying.
I finally stopped walking after the order taker refused to write my name Olga at 23.36 on March 5, saying that he did not know what it looked like and where to put a soft sign, and although I explained, he wrote me down as a "guest", it seemed strange and rude to me because he wrote a soft sign in the word guest. and last time, after I said my name was Olga, he asked Olya? and he wrote it down like this (a strange familiarity).
In general, mainly because of this rudeness of the staff, I stopped going there, although I live nearby.
I advise you not to hire local young guys or keep them in strict discipline and teach them respect, otherwise I will somehow come to their house and take their groceries for free. BUT I ACTUALLY PAY AND I'M A CUSTOMER and I can choose where to carry my money.
