We waited 2.5 hours for the order, and we've been struggling ever since.support, with the pizzeria manager. There are zero reactions. After getting through to the manager, they heard apologies and continued to wait for pizza. In the end, the pizza arrived, but not the right one. We ordered without cucumbers, but with mushrooms. I came WITHOUT mushrooms, but with cucumbers (which I'm allergic to). Tech. support for what? No support, no solution to the problem. Tech. support can only do one thing: respond according to a template, drop everything on the restaurant, and tell them what they will deliver. Anyway, thanks a lot, Dodo. And for the pizza with cucumbers, and for Alexey from technical support. The guys are working really well, you can't say anything.

Cons: the queue is large, there is little space - especially near the cash register, where they receive pizza and at the same time make a new order. The waiting time, especially in the evening, is 35-40 minutes.
Such pizzerias should be made in large rooms.

I'll take the big ones. A CONSTANT WEIGHT SHORTAGE of at least 150g!!

We ordered two pizzas and two sauces, but we only brought pizzas without sauce.

We waited for half an hour, called the Dodo, said they would find out there and call us back.

I really liked the Ikea-style game room, the wooden kitchen with all the amenities and products, large soft cubes, there is something to draw on.
In general, it is comfortable and cozy, atmospheric with posters.
I don't eat pizza, dessert is normal, the drink is mulled wine (frozen), which needs to be dipped in boiling water, I was pleased. I tried all 2 options.

Is it really so difficult to put a pizza in the oven at the optimal time and normal temperature, and not forget to turn on the oven. The place is disgusting, I did not expect this from dodo pizza, I hope at least I will not get injured, although there are already doubts about this. We waited longer than possible, the sanitation is complete, the cafe is small, these two pizzas turned out like yin-yang, 2 hours in vain. They were very friendly, accepted the order, and the waiting time was amazing - quickly and imperceptibly, while we were sitting in the hall and enjoying the music. The hall is small, BUT very cozy. The service is at the highest level.

Today it was my turn to place an order, after I was bypassed by the leaders standing behind me, after yes, I asked why the staff did not pay attention to me, I heard the answer: we first issue an order, and then accept, it is logical). This is the first time I place an order on the spot, I don't see a queue where they give out and where they pick up, unfortunately there are no signs. Is it really so difficult to fish for 30 seconds, maybe minutes for a person who does not climb without waiting in line to place an order? The queue did not end for me, everyone brazenly ignored me. It's very unpleasant. If there are rules of the institution, highlight them so that people like me do not waste time waiting, ending the queue for issuing orders.

Good afternoon. We tried Dodo many times when we were in Russia. In Minsk, we visited Dodo for the first time when it opened in our Minsk World.
The room is unbearably hot. We were waiting for an order on the street. The cashier doesn't tell us anything, although we stood for 10 minutes and tried to figure out the menu and promotions. They asked for the phone number - why I didn't understand. There are no pizzas in pieces, which in my opinion is a feature of this franchise.
A large pizza ranch - 20p, pepperoni is small for the promotion as a gift.
Ranch dressing is not felt, the filling is randomly thrown and does not create some cool taste together. There's supposed to be a chicken there, but it's barely there. In short, for me it looks like "they mixed what was in the refrigerator." Pepperoni - very little sausage and fat. Many other chain pizzerias have the same prices, more toppings, and they will still bring everything to you. And even here the big pizza didn't seem so big. To sum up, it is much tastier in Russia. Contact your colleagues, find out what the secret is. There is also a minus that there are no caps, balls - attributes of the Dodo. The pizza itself is just normal, ordinary. I would take it if I wanted an urgent snack. But, there are a lot of more delicious establishments in the Minsk World and with the same prices. Definitely not for delivery. There are much better options. If there is pizza in pieces, I will probably go in for a piece with coffee.

The dough is dry, very strange tomato sauce. Taste bad. There was a lot of it around the edges. It felt like they were trying to increase the gram with this vile sauce. Sour. We ordered pizza for a friend's birthday through the app at this institution at 21: 54. Everything was prepared for about an hour, which is just an outrage (12 minutes were announced). Dirty tables (pizza crumbs and sticky countertops). I haven't seen anyone cleaning tables in an hour and a half. There is no Wi-fi in the establishment, which is not very good in 2023. The pizza itself, or rather its dough, was over-dried and tasteless. The pizzas did not match each other in diameter (some were smaller than they should be). When issuing pizzas, the receipt was not given, referring to the fact that the receipt would have been if ordered directly from her (the cashier), and not through the application. Later it turned out that the receipt should be in the application, but as you can see in the screenshot: it is impossible to view it (it gives an error). There is no desire to visit this place anymore!
