There are claims against Dodo in general and this branch in particular. The Dodos refuse to put napkins down, justifying their decision with concern for the environment. But they forget how much plastic, bags and cardboard are thrown away from them. Just compare: on one side of the scale is all their packaging, plastic, cardboard, polyethylene, and on the other — 5-6 napkins. Hypocrisy, as for me.
And specifically, this branch does not like the fact that you cannot pay with a card upon receipt. Only through the app or in cash. And their application is stupid, and the card is not linked. Well, from time to time, the guys in this branch fail, and incorrectly form an order

But it turned out that they were not there, but there were a lot of plastic clear glasses at the checkout and as they turned out to be for tea and coffee, I had to cancel the order, do it again and order other drinks that are already in the glass, as a result we got into an awkward situation, the pizza cooled down, and the impression of the institution was also spoiled, in any case they would have sold you cups elsewhere, but not in dodo, in general, the service is not customer-oriented, you can get into a similar situation, so I do not advise you to go here if you want high-quality service!
