The service is tin, I ordered through the application, it was highlighted that it was ready in 12 minutes, I come to the checkout, but there is no order, for some reason the cashier began to serve the guests who had just come up, she began to collect the order for me only after I said, for some reason she collected me cold tea in a bottle, not hot, dodster gave after 5 minutes already cooled down, apparently due to the fact that he was without foil. I attach a photo. And there was no fork for the salad at all, no, not at the checkout, but in general they ended up in a cafe. More than half of the assortment is simply not available. I was upset, this is still very far from the Russian cafe

The pizza is average, nothing special.
You can wait for coffee for half an hour, there are 4 people at the counter, but no one will remember about your order if you don't stand at the checkout as a living monument to your order. I don't recommend it.
