A couple of pizzas are really tasty and satisfying. New positions of "MEGA" pizza, I did not understand at all what is mega in them. If you didn't like something and write a review in the application, then the manager will call and apologize and give you a coupon for a 10-20% discount, customer orientation is on top. The staff is polite, I will help you with everything if necessary.
I made the delivery via the app. In an hour and a half, there was no pizza, no clear response from the call center, no response to the call from the pizzeria manager... The application lives "its own life".. the information does not correspond to reality. As a result, I canceled the order almost 2 hours after registration. And 15 minutes later, a pizza courier arrived 😬 they didn't even notify the courier that the order was canceled!!! In general, the disgusting service, the lack of organization of the process, and the persistent reluctance to order ever here.

I gave the delivery dodster to the guest. I say run and change it, it hasn't been opened yet. Then there was another queue of people. The cashier is with them again. After 7-10 minutes, I say: give me the package - I'll pack it myself. Result. The restaurant manager decided that there was no expectation of a fee and filed an appeal in support. Is that how they teach you in training? To cheat ? Bring out more employees or let the manager get into position, and not the organization suffers from such nonsense. It's disgusting. It's a shame. Does the management approve of such actions? The order is dated July 17th. 11.24.

I go there 4 times a week, everything is the same with signs ... I told all my friends and acquaintances, they no longer go there and do not order 👍

The pizza is very tasty in terms of price and quality. A large selection of assortment , starters , cheese sticks, dodsters ( I tried all the flavors , each in its own way is very interesting and delicious , but the classic always comes first ), etc. The staff is friendly, they will help you choose an order and what is the difference between pizzas. Thanks to the promotions, you can try different pizzas from the last one that I tried carbonara and arriva are very tasty, I recommend everyone to try it!!! The order was made at 19:13 at the time of 19:45 (pickup) as a result, at 19:50 the order was not accepted, they assured that it would be ready in 7 minutes, in fact 20:05 and nothing was clarified, the order is not ready! Disgusting waiting!
From time to time we come to eat on the spot, but more often we order home delivery. Consistently fast and delicious. The menu is great, but for coffee, for example, I am very demanding. He did not live up to expectations. Otherwise, everything is fine!

Very bad:
1. The first time I took pepperoni, the sausage was over-dried to a crunch.
2. The second time Ham + mushrooms and Carbonara - they gave ham and cheese instead of the first, it's my fault, I need to double-check on the spot.
3. Both pizzas from item 2 smelled of fat, I can't even imagine where it came from in the pizza, perhaps because of the super-cheap cheese.
4. The insurance is not specified.
The order preparation time is normal, but what difference does it make how much pizza is prepared for you if you don't want to eat it.
ps For pizza delivery seemed to be nothing.

One cashier, who, instead of working with visitors, prepares drinks and carries them behind the wall, apparently to the manager. First you need to stand in line to place an order, then again in the same queue to receive it.
Up to up to met my expectations. They can't keep the quality in our country. We just tasted a currant cocktail. So dense, tender with a slight sourness and after a week the quality went down. It became liquid, with no traces of ice cream at all. No, the cocktail remained good, but not as tasty as it originally was. Alas, this is typical of everything. As soon as the product enters the market, the quality is excellent, and as customers try it out, the quality decreases.
The order (2pits) waited 26 minutes (hung in the "getting ready", then disappeared altogether. When they came to clarify, the order was supposedly ready, but it did not appear on the scoreboard in "ready", the pizza was not very hot, it tasted so-so. When asked why 26 minutes, there was no answer or apology, but only a clumsy shrug of the shoulders. Not here anymore.
