A. literally saved my tooth from removal by removing a metal tab from the tooth after unsuccessful treatment in another clinic (this procedure is very complicated and time-consuming, and the doctor in another clinic who put it on refused to take it out, claiming that it was simply impossible). Prices in private clinics in Minsk, plus or minus, are the same everywhere, but it is really difficult to find good specialists. I also want to mention the high qualifications of other doctors from Dr. Smile. I am currently being treated only here and can recommend this clinic.

The administrators are completely inadequate. When I first went to the clinic, no one even asked if my tooth hurt. They just signed it up for a month in advance. OK, I waited for the recording. I liked the doctor Natalia Nikolaevna, but the hygiene was not done very well: she left the clinic and took out pieces of floss on her own. The last straw was today's appeal. I called the clinic with a very polite request to send my CBCT to the post office (I will clarify that the Romexis program allows you to do this and I even offered to help explain how to do it). The receptionist repeated to me three times on the phone, "We don't have such a technical capability," with sighs and hatred in her voice. I repeat, the program for snapshots has such an opportunity, they just don't want to do it. Customer focus is 0 out of 10, patient care is 0 out of 10. I ask the manager / director / chief physician to contact me to resolve the situation, because I need a picture by mail, I paid for it, but there is no way to use it, because there are practically no disk drives on any device now. The very fact that no one even tried to help, but just kicked off with ordinary phrases, is unpleasant.
