Good afternoon, after reviewing all the reviews and starting from them, I decided to record my cat for sterilization, according to the reviews of the others, the clinic is good, but the doctor Artem Alexandrovich is not very good at his job at all.
The following situation occurred, I called the clinic's phone number, initially a pleasant female voice greeted me on the phone, the girl was polite and pleasant in communication, explained and prompted everything, recorded us, but at the end of the conversation I asked the following question "who will operate on my cat" to which the girl replied that my cat would operate The animal will be the head physician Artyom Alexandrovich.I refused, because according to reviews, I cannot entrust my cat to this doctor. Literally a minute later, they call me back from the clinic's number, I pick up the phone and the voice is already male, and they tell me that my recording has been canceled, I asked to name the reason for canceling the recording and who canceled it, to which the man replied that "Artem Alexandrovich canceled your recording"
Honestly, I did not expect such behavior, not just of course, excuse me for my directness, but this is not a joke, not a kindergarten!!!
As I understood that an adult, the head physician was offended by my refusal of his work.
I think it's stupid, incompetent on his part!
