Either she didn't want to taxi the recipe, or she made unnecessary movements!! She was also rude in response, she got angry, you see! A terrible boorish attitude. Honestly, reconsider your attitude towards visitors, it is unpleasant that such pharmacies and such pharmacists work with people.
