There are doctors from God, but there are God forbid. How can you bring a class 1 cavity to 2, when the carious cavity itself is no more than 3 mm and is located strictly on the chewing surface. I understand that there is a preventive expansion and other situations when it is better to remove it with a margin, but not to the same extent. Maybe let's depulipate the teeth right away? Or delete it? And finally: doctor Gorda I.A., please be kind, do not forget about the medical treatment of the cavity and adequate isolation from saliva, otherwise you will have to treat many times under warranty.

What can be said is good, the clinic is conveniently located, provides a wide range of services and, most importantly, has good specialists. But ... and here everything is spoiled by people who a priori should be psychologists and mitigate any situation. And this is not about the administrators at the clinic reception.
The situation: The daughter (18 years old), studies at college in Rechitsa and by coincidence the passport remained in Gomel to receive certificates, and then on 30.05.2023, after lunch, the gum behind the 8th tooth ached and swelled. He calls and cannot get an appointment at the dentist without a passport, leaves for Gomel by the first train, at 17-20 we go to the clinic for registration on Mazurov, the queue is at 18-40 I remember that there is a clinic where Svetlana Nikolaevna works, maybe they will provide faster and better help. I'm calling, at first the communication is calm, but after asking if they will be able to receive us today, I listen with acute pain to flattering words addressed to me: "Where have I been all day, that I'm calling at the very close and that they can hardly help me today?"- Is the only thing I said a kind dentist? At 19:00 we get an appointment with a doctor at the Mazurov polyclinic, in 3 minutes of examination, a referral for a picture, recommendations for rinsing and taking medications. We managed everything on this day...
And good luck to the company in its development, although you have been in this field for several years.
