Pay attention to the employee 's work. The slowest person possible, all the customers of the store already know about it.
You can spend at least half an hour on her shift at the checkout. (if there are literally 2 people in front of you)
Plus, she is not attentive in terms of monetary transactions (she does not give all the change until you control it yourself )
I'm writing because it's not the first time she's had such a job for a long time. Let's just say that if she had fallen asleep at the cash register, no one would have been surprised. ( and I'm not exaggerating )
And I will add separately: a ton of delay, about which everyone is already writing here (not by dates, but about incorrect storage conditions)

Часто бываю в этом магазине. Часто акции на товар, что радует. Девочки-кассиры хорошие, культурные, трудятся как пчёлки. Всё хорошо, кроме того, что, как и во многих магазинах самообслуживания, на кассах большие очереди и из трёх касс работает одна-две, но кассиры в этом не виноваты - у них приёмка и выкладка товара, помимо своей работы на кассе. Руководству организации нанять бы отдельно людей на приёмку и выкладку товара и кассиры были бы на кассе и покупатели не ругались бы и проходимость была бы лучше и быстрее,ведь когда заходишь в магазин и видишь большую очередь на кассе, то просто часто разворачиваешься и уходишь в другой магазин.

There was a problem with spoiled products, although the expiration date did not come out, most likely, the storage conditions were wrong, because of this I came across disgusting sausages with a rotting taste and a large bag of yogurt that turned into sour jelly.
