We found a car on av.by, they are from Russia, the guys answered all my million questions, were always in touch, agreed on a certain day, came and arranged everything. Absolutely incompetent employees. I wanted to buy a BYD song car from this company, I'm not from Minsk myself, so I called and arranged for them to book a car before morning. In the morning, upon arrival to them, they suddenly say that the car was booked by some other person and either I did not understand them correctly, or they incorrectly conveyed the information. I wish the new car owner only smooth roads, and employees will learn how to treat their customers competently.
