1. When picking up the cargo, if the courier does not find you or does not see the finished cargo, or if someone in the territory who is not related to your company tells him that there is no cargo, he can just hoot without even calling. But they like to call on the fence of those goods that have been taken away for a long time.
2. Deliveries are always delayed, postponed allegedly due to heavy workload, without notifying the customer. On their own delivery schedule in 3 days. Nobody cares about the day.
3. No cargo tracking, only correspondence with the manager in Viber, it is impossible to get through by phone.
4. Do not expect any respectful attitude towards you as a sender or recipient, no one cares about you and there is no way to call you. For all the joints, of which there were dozens, you will not even receive an apology, let alone a desire to solve the problem.
The doors, which they themselves promised to deliver on Saturday, well, at least on Sunday, were brought only on Tuesday, while the attempt to bring them on Monday ended in failure. Because of them, I had to drive 600 km, throw two days out of my life and strain my relatives. Calls are not answered, there is no feedback.
The worst delivery service! The delivery time is not respected at all! Only promises, not delivery! Due to their postponements, I was forced to abandon the product that was intended as a gift and was needed by a certain date. Never contact this service if time is important to you!
