But they like to call on the fence of those goods that have been taken away for a long time.
2. Deliveries are always delayed, postponed allegedly due to heavy workload, without notifying the customer. On their own delivery schedule in 3 days. Nobody cares about the day.
3. No cargo tracking, only correspondence with the manager in Viber, it is impossible to get through by phone.
4. Do not expect any respectful attitude towards you as a sender or recipient, no one cares about you and there is no way to call you. For all the joints, of which there were dozens, you will not even receive an apology, let alone a desire to solve the problem.
I am horrified by the negligent attitude towards the client, it's easy to say. Why didn't I think to read the reviews right away about this so-called "delivery service", this is my fault, of course, if I had read everything that is written about them, I would never have turned to them. They were supposed to deliver on Friday, but the courier left for a locality whose name is identical to mine, but only in another area. Why then do they ask for the exact address when ordering, if they still send the courier anywhere!? On Saturday, the courier called at 23.00, he says, they say it's a long drive to you, I'm not going, it's terrible, of course, on Sunday their delivery did not go, and on Monday (today) they promised, they didn't swear, that they would definitely bring and my address would be the first on the route, and what do you think, Have you brought it!? No, of course, the courier called and said that due to the weather conditions, they say the car did not go, but outside, for a moment, the weather is fine. What kind of Sharashkin's office is, we can only guess. And I just don't want to leave it, I will write a consumer complaint, such a company has no place in the market.
The delivery is just DISGUSTING, to say nothing, the dispatcher feels like they are playing cards all day long at work, because getting through to them, as to the mayor, is still an achievement! They probably do not have communications with drivers at all, because you tell them a certain time at which you will be at home after work, ask them to warn the driver, leave a note in the application at least about the approximate time, as a result, the driver is absolutely not aware... Who goes to the forest - who goes for firewood! In my case, the delivery is postponed from Saturday every day, today is already Thursday and most likely it is postponed again, because it is impossible to reach the dispatchers. Because the driver was not warned again and he can only be with me AT 3 A.M.! Are you sitting there making fun of people? You have to call the drivers yourself and try to negotiate, because the dispatchers apparently do not want to pick up the phone when you try to call them from morning to lunch!!! Where are your delivery rules for at least 3 days? Or do you think that you are the only ones working there, and everyone else is sitting at home, beating their ears and waiting only for you sunshine? Because of this delivery, I just lost a lot of nerves, plus 3 working days, I wrote at my own expense, of course, payment for 3 days and a piece of the bonus minus the salary! That you will return this money to me? It's just tin! I appeal to the authorities of this courier service, you either work according to your own rules, or stop your activities, it's better than dealing with you!!!
