We made a refund because we bought the wrong product without looking carefully, at the checkout we sent it to the information center, which is located at the very end of the room in the corner, which you won't notice right away, as a result, there were 2 guys ahead of us, 1 of whom had a phone broken just a week after the purchase, they were replaced for 40 minutes due to which we ourselves waited 20-30 minutes for, because the workers themselves do not seem to know how to do it.
The stores opened recently, and all the salesmen and consultants walk around with such faces, as if we owe them.
1. Not qualified specialists. We came to buy components and asked a consultant to help us clarify the availability of motherboards on the AM5 socket. After talking and asking him questions, we realized that the employee did not know what the difference between AM5 and AM4 was, what was the difference between DDR4/DDR5 and where they were placed.
2. Customer orientation. We selected the accessories and, going to the cashier, the phone through which we planned to pay sat down. They asked to recharge the phone to pay for it, but our request was refused with a dissatisfied face.
