Often prices are even cheaper than in online stores (But you need to monitor, it happens the other way around) We have already bought here: a frying pan, a smart speaker, a toaster and a grill. Conveniently, the guarantee is just by check. There is a self-service ticket office. There are a lot of goods. Maybe there would have been more staff, because when we were on a day off, there was one consultant for the whole store, we waited for him for 10 minutes. Otherwise, we like it!

A large, spacious store. All products are conveniently located. There are interesting brands from the DEXP price-quality series. The trouble with consultants is, even if you catch them, they won't help in any way... And an example of great work is a sales girl at the checkout named Sabina, if I'm not mistaken, she does all the sales to this store, she's just great!

A great store. Many brands are still little known to Belarusians, but at the same time their equipment looks very decent.
My husband and I have been looking for a side by side refrigerator for a long time. But everything we liked either didn't fit our budget or wasn't on sale. And then we accidentally went to the DNS store's website. And lo and behold: with the help of the store's staff, we chose our DEXP brand refrigerator in just half an hour. The next day we drove up to watch it live. And a few days later he was at our house.
Special respect to the delivery service. We have the third floor, and wheelchair rails are installed on two of the six flights. This made it much more difficult to climb. But the guys did it! They lifted the refrigerator all the way to the apartment. And his weight, for a minute, is almost 90 kg.

As a result, I wrote to the service and was sent to Minsk. I contacted the service center of the Minsk store, explained the situation, and sent the purchase information and photos. They said they could help. As a result, they ordered the button quickly enough, sent it to Minsk, and then mailed it to me. I'm happy! I'll fix it and keep working with my favorite tool! And Finepower has a really cool tool, it's very cool for the money. All on the same accumulators. Thank you so much to the service center, you helped me avoid a lot of problems! There are also European brands, they took the TV 6 months ago, over the past time I can say one thing, it would be better to pay 200-300 rubles and take another and another (there are simply no such). There are no questions for him at work, but in order to see something really in good quality, you need to look for it. TV channels, although high quality is available, go on average by 3, especially if viewed in 1 - 1.5 meters. In general, one expression is appropriate, the price corresponds to the quality.

This store is like lidl in Europe with its parkside tool, where else can you find a 4 amp battery for 100 rubles? 6 amperes 157 rubles, the prices are shockingly low. Finepower tools are of awesome quality. Brushless battery grinder 220 rubles!!! 🤯
Now I will only buy tools there. As I understand it, he has only recently appeared in Minsk. Before that, I bought a DEXP backpack in St. Petersburg and a fiero bluetooth headset in it, and everything has been walking and working properly for the 4th year. The backpack is unkillable, and the column has been on the construction site for 4 years and at least that's what it is. That's what I mean... But all these brands are little-known, but the quality is awesome. I hope the network of these stores will expand in our Republic of Belarus.

Situation:
I came to buy a dexp coffee maker, but it turned out that only the showcase sample was available, okay. I decided to order it online, and from another account, so that it would be brought from the warehouse. After 4 days, I come and try to get an order from the account where the new product was supposed to be delivered, not from the showcase. As a result, the consultant issued the same bu product that was intended for another account (here's a remark, the consultant issued the first product that caught his eye, but nevertheless). After that, I asked to give 2 the same coffee maker, to which the consultant said "if you do this, you will get blocked," to which I replied with a polite request to make it possible to buy new products, and not to buy under the guise of a new one.
In total, if you want a NEW product, you need to make sure that it is really new and that they are not trying to sell you a showcase product. In all other major chains, there is always a discount on showcase products.
You also need to add software delivery, it is always paid, again in comparison with the 5th element or the 21st century.

It's a good store, it's a pity that there is one in Minsk (or not one, I don't know, I haven't seen it anywhere else). A large assortment, reasonable prices. It seems to be an adequate staff. The quality of the goods is ordinary China, i.e. a lottery. Installment cards were not accepted in the summer. Maybe it was a temporary phenomenon, or maybe not. In general, I recommend it.

However, in some categories, the products of the Russian manufacturer such as televisions and washing machines, etc. are mainly represented. Of the pleasant things, these are average prices that do not differ from the prices on the market or even lower than them. There is also a 2-year warranty from THE STORE. It is a pity that it only works on the receipt, i.e. without a warranty card, and the receipt has the property of fading and after a year the information on it may be indistinguishable. Otherwise, everything is cool! I am looking forward to more distribution of this chain of stores not only in Minsk, but also throughout Belarus!
