I want to leave my feedback on this so-called store. I must say right away that I am as amazed and disappointed as possible with this store. Those who are used to high-quality service, such as a chain of stores, may not go to Dns and do not waste time.
No one will come up to you and ask you what you are interested in, no one at all. You will search for the right product on the shelf yourself, carry it to the cashier. And now the most interesting thing is that you will unpack and check your purchase yourself!!!! Shock? Yes! We have, they say, a self-service format...... When asked what is the guarantee for the product, they tell me to pay and we will see in the receipt, the cashier tells me this....the finish line. But that's not all. They refuse to fill out the warranty card, saying that they have a guarantee on the receipt more than if they had filled out the warranty card for me!!! Well, why do you need such people? Although on the other hand, there is an opportunity to evaluate the quality service and consultants of other networks. Don't set foot there anymore.
We went to buy a soundbar. The guy who was consulted showed and explained everything, connected and gave a listen. Then I unpacked the same new one, connected it again, explained everything under warranty. Fast and honest. Thank you (I forgot my name, unfortunately, a bright young man) . We bought the soundbar and were satisfied. The prices are very pleasant.
Also, there is a button on the ground floor - call the staff - it works perfectly. The child clicked while playing and after 2 minutes the consultant came running, which is very pleasing. I apologize for the child
They bought a vacuum cleaner for their parents, but there are no consultants, or they are busy with their own business and do not pay attention to customers! They asked for help with the selection of dust bags, stood for 10 minutes and the consultant could not find the right one! They carried the vacuum cleaner to the checkout themselves, the seller immediately asked to pay for the goods without checking! The guarantee is by receipt, which is very strange! I didn't like the store's format at all!
But I will separately give 5 stars to the guard, the most friendly man, greeted and said goodbye with a smile!

We wanted to buy a slow cooker. The consultant was called by his colleague on the radio. The consultant who came behaved with a note of superiority over us mere mortals. It's good that I wasn't rude, I restrained myself as much as I could. When asked to explain the devices, you can read the instructions. During our checks, he opened the box, plugged it into the network, forgot to take out the packaging (plastic bag). Then he accused us of (falling for our requests). We bought it in an electric car.
