I took a refrigerator and a washing machine here.
I was satisfied with the service, and Vladislav, the operator, clearly explained how the delivery would take place and when.
The refrigerator is a different story, huge and heavy. They brought it in together with the courier. The operator girl told me everything and said that the delivery would be with only one courier driver and we would have to bring it together.
The situation is similar with the washing machine, it was brought in by the same courier Andrey, very pleasant and courteous. We did everything, and it wasn't even lazy to leave it for tea.
In general, we are happy with everything, everything is fine on time, the prices are pleasantly pampered)
