A fairly convenient shopping center, on the ground floor there is a 24-hour euroopt and a lot of different shops and services, on the second floor there are shops of industrial goods, which, however, change quite often. There is a small parking lot nearby, but many visitors prefer to park on Lozhinskaya Street and enter the building through a shrub fence. So there is still no way to "cultivate" this site, despite the stretched ribbons from year to year, planting new bushes, loosening the soil and sowing grass.
A great store on the ground floor, everything is there, everything is of good quality. There are also small shops with stuff. And on the second floor there is now a large second-hand store for those who like to shop, as well as various shops. There are service points, and nutritional, and entertainment.
The main advantage is a full-fledged round-the-clock euroopt and a couple of normal points (dried fruits, coffee, etc.) On the second floor there is decay, some incomprehensible larks. And, well, on the second floor there is a huge second-hand store, where sometimes you can shop well.
