The mechanism was twisted / turned, as a result it was not set correctly, and they did not even take up the fog lamps (there is no pit, and both lifts are occupied and it is unknown when they will be released)...
As a result, after all attempts to adjust the left headlight, they reported that the problem was in the tuning mechanism..
When asked why they put it in the 3rd position, they replied: "what's the difference, well, tell the inspector that you have, like zero, and then you come, we'll twist it back, take a ride, he won't look at you in the salon..."
What an approach!

I came to the computer.diagnostics, connected the computer, read the errors to me - and that's it. To find out the cause of the error, diagnose it, tell what needs to be repaired - they sent it to the official dealer. I paid for a complete diagnosis. Unskilled.
I did the headlight adjustment before the inspection, the craftsmen are very smart, they did everything quickly and efficiently, the inspection was completed! Excellent service station!

I gave the generator for repair (to change the brushes), they said it would be ready tomorrow, called in 2-3 hours, asked to drive up, I come to give the "generator" (disassembled almost entirely in a bag), they say it is pointless to change the brushes, allegedly the bearings are about to fall apart, the pulley is broken, etc., although before the repair of the backlash in the bearings It wasn't and it spun easily. They took 10 rubles for the "diagnostics", the generator was never assembled. I highly do not recommend this "office".
