The rear wheel was coming down. The bolts were stuck and did not unscrew. They refused such work one hundred percent. Only here the master agreed and set to work. With a professional approach, I unscrewed the wheel, found a puncture, and made high-quality repairs. I am grateful for the customer's care, competence and quality. Next with wheels - only here. It seems that the reviews are left by the employees of the service station themselves, the service before receiving documents is even less, but as soon as the car went to work.. "we know this, we don't do this"the collapse is done "according to the textbook "stupidly everything fits one comb, no one looks at the suspension features, low, high cars, they still set the basic angles.
They broke the outboard bearing, put their own, but cheap brand! You can write a lot of negativity, but I'm afraid you'll get tired of reading! I do not recommend it

Excellent car service! For me, the most important criterion is the interaction with the manager and also the available place to wait. I hate it when "dealers" sit in services and reluctantly mumble something to themselves.
I called with a question about replacing the shock absorber bearings, informed the price and said that they would accept it immediately if I could come. Received by a polite employee, everything is clear and unobtrusive. There is a full-fledged cafe with a delicious cocktail on the floor above. I did a camber, left with a crooked steering wheel, the car does not pull, the steering wheel is crooked. When the car was given away, no one said anything about the result of the work performed, they handed over a sheet with data in which the case is clear, I do not understand anything, and this was the end of my visit to the service station. The steering wheel is marked. I fell for the price of the stock, but as they say, a miser pays twice. Before that, I changed my shoes, there were no complaints about this.

I changed the oil, oil and fuel filters. According to the cost of the work, the price seemed acceptable - about 40 rubles. I left the car in the evening so that at the same time we could look at the deterioration of the winding after the night (air appeared in the fuel pipe). The next day, until he called at one o'clock to find out how things were going, there were no calls on the car. They reported that they had not found any problems, and it would be possible to arrive for the car by 16 o'clock. I arrived and found out that the bill for 195 rubles. with their consumables (oil and 2 filters), and with me the price and options that no one agreed to put. When another client handed over the car with me in the evening, he was surprised at the cost of the work, it was a little alarming, but I didn't think so ...
I'm checking if they left a note when the next oil and filter change is, they don't know, all questions to the master, the master is not in place... There are no old spare parts in the car for inspection either. To pay, I had to go to the cafe on the 2nd floor, and not at the place where the order was received ....
In general, I was dissatisfied, the inspection actions and the price of consumables were not coordinated with me, the problem was not eliminated, and for this cost in other service stations they were ready to change, including air and cabin filters. I was tempted that near the house, clean and tidy service, do not have to wait long, I made a mistake, I will not come here anymore, and I do not advise others ....
PS by the way, there is nowhere to leave a review on the site, from where the posted laudatory reviews are taken - it is unclear...
