We arrived according to the work schedule. Closed. The manager, as the robots respond, "The branch will open soon, expect it." We waited an hour and a half. They were sickened every 10 minutes. But nothing comes alive and the same answers. "The issue is being clarified." And we still arrived after the message. The product is available, we are waiting for you at the address...
And this is the 3rd time in a row. In small towns, their managers arrange vacations and days off on their own.
Before that, it was the same in Zhezkazgan. We waited an hour. Then we arrived after lunch. The branch is closed: The answer is " the manager left for the bank in 15 minutes. It will be expected.
