- It looks luxurious from the outside, but the interior does not correspond to its purpose (luxury, wealth from the outside and children's play areas decorated with dwarves from a fairy tale inside).
- Regarding games and slot machines: there is not such a large selection, some are broken, the wires are right under your feet, and children, willy-nilly, step on them to climb the carousel, which is very dangerous.
- The food is not delicious, the menu of Armenian cuisine. In the summer, around 21:30 pm, we decided to visit, waited for the waiter for a few minutes, brought the menu and said that the kitchen was already closed and only drinks could be ordered (we had just come to dinner).
- Low-level maintenance and service. We wanted to celebrate a child's celebration there one day. They asked for a menu and I wanted to photograph the sample dishes that I would order in order to calculate the approximate total amount. I was not allowed to write it out on a piece of paper or take a picture. They explained this by saying that suddenly I would run to their competitors and tell them everything. It's ridiculous and very low. And even if they are called a restaurant, with such a collective farm look, they will not reach this title.
- the child's birthday was still celebrated there, I would give a solid 3+ rating. We had to run and look for the waiter, we were not so attentive (to replace dirty dishes, for example); they did not bring the hot dish in time, which was pre-ordered for our banquet. They brought it after we cut the cake. due to the fact that they did not allow us to calculate the amount in advance, the celebration cost 2 times more than the amount I planned
- You can't go with your own (during the banquet)
- They do not open and close according to the operating mode.
- It's cold enough inside in winter
+ Central location
+ There is a children's area
+ There is a beautiful large hall
In general, I do not recommend it, but there are no other places to visit with children in the city of Kapan
