I ordered a DJI RSC 2 stabilizer on October 18, was billed, paid on the same day, sent the payment card, promised to deliver on the 19th. It was not delivered. I personally called back - they said at the end of the week. On Friday at 17:30 I call myself, ask where the goods are - they say they will now clarify at the main office, and the main office is at the supplier. They called back after 3 minutes, said that on the 25th they would only give an answer what was wrong with him. The seller is polite enough on the phone, but he says that he does not solve anything, but only transmits the words of the main office, and this situation is force majeure. Here is a kindergarten :) I just called the Photomix store (another store) - it is available - come take it. I would have been informed immediately that there would be such a situation - I would have purchased it elsewhere. Very sorry...
