We are from Karaganda, we were afraid to get poisoned in the recreation area of the Residents, because there is unsanitary conditions everywhere and the SES and the police closed their canteen, so we decided to have lunch in the city of Balkhash. We visited a lot of cafes, and with a normal Yandex rating, but everything was terrible everywhere, everything turns out to be bad in Balkhash with decent cafes.. We stopped at the Jam, liked the fresh renovation, cleanliness, fish is cooked great here, it's a pity the choice of fish dishes is too small, but they know how to cook it here! We also ordered dumplings, fries and croissants, which is also not bad. I didn't like the chicken sticks, they are rubber, lemonade and water are also not tasty, coffee is also not tasty, as it is soluble.
