We recently rented a GAC Empower car in Dubai from the Dizrental team and were completely delighted with the experience! CarPlay helped us to easily navigate the city and find all the attractions that we planned to visit. Gasoline consumption turned out to be quite economical, which was also a pleasant surprise. We even went to the other end of the UAE to the Gulf of Oman.
I especially want to note the convenience of the return: the procedure was quick and without unnecessary formalities. There were no problems during the entire rental period, and the company's employees were always in touch and ready to help.

Everything was solved remotely and promptly, including car acceptance and car rental extension. The prices are more than adequate when compared with rentals in other places and even more so with cash rentals. A fat plus is payment by transfer in rubles to a Russian card and a refund of the deposit in the same way. You don't need foreign cards. No need to change the currency and then think about how to return the deposit. Car wash,toll roads and fines are included in the deposit. The deposit is returned honestly in 20-25 days.

Excellent service. Moreover, the surcharge for overnight car delivery was canceled, because I received it already in the afternoon. The car was in excellent condition. When I was looking for an option to take a car for a week, I found this company through a search. Everything that is written in them is exactly as it is: we took a Kia Sonet, a new car, in perfect condition, with ridiculous gasoline consumption, but for a family of 4 it is the most, it goes cheerfully. All payments on Russian cards, the return of the deposit is clearly on time. And in general, everything is as it is written on the website and in the process of communication: as agreed, everything is respected. They were handed over / received remotely. An honest five for rent, that's how service companies should work. The only point (not a minus): new cars and adequate prices mean that the closer to the rental date, the fewer options there are. In a month, not all options were available when I became interested.

We took the car for 11 days. In general, I liked everything very much:
- the car was given literally in "cellophane" - only from the salon, brand new, we were the first to rent it
- all communications in Russian, competent information support, memos
- convenient options for receiving / handing over a car
- refund of the deposit within a clearly agreed time frame
- and other positive aspects
There are also small nuances, for example, a few days before the rental date, they offered an option for a car of a higher class with an additional fee, because the previously booked car broke down. It's not critical, the price is still favorable, but usually rental companies provide cars of a higher class for free if the problem is on their side.
Next time I'll take the car here again.

I want to say that a vacation with a car is a completely different quality of travel. We have visited all the emirates, visited many attractions and excellent beaches, AbuDabi, Corfagen, Dibba, Dubai and others.
It's nice to drive, the roads are excellent, but sometimes the navigator was buggy on the phone in big cities.
The company has always responded promptly to all questions that arise.

We had a vacation in the Emirates in mid-February 2024. The first part of the vacation was in Kor Focan, 150 km from Dubai. The prices for the transfer were unpleasantly surprised. After Googling, I came to the conclusion that the Diz-rental deposit is the best option - transfer to a savings / Tinkoff card, as well as a refund. I chose Kia Sonnet. The car is new, built in 2024, mileage 7.5 thousand Km.
I flew to the emirates at night, so I previously inspected the car using a video from Whatsapp. To put it mildly, it was pointless to send an advance payment, especially when it did not work out the first time - the bank considered that I was sending it to scammers. I took a chance, and I didn't regret it. There is nothing to do in the emirates without a car, taxi services cost some disproportionate money.
As I said, the car is new. Comfortable. The expense is ridiculous. The roads are excellent. It is inconvenient that paying for paid parking with coins, which often did not exist. I left 2 dirhams in the car for the next clients so that there would be no such problems.

I took a car at Al Maktoum airport, it is very convenient that without any additional charges (other distributors have a commission of about 30-50 dollars for delivery / return to this airport). Payment and deposit are possible without foreign cards. We were met on time and handed over a car with a full tank. There were no problems with the refund of the deposit - after 3 weeks, they were returned in full without reminders.

Free pick-up/pick-up at Al Maktoum Airport. All the conditions announced before booking have been met. The deposit can be made by transfer in rubles (if relevant), which was also returned in rubles minus toll roads at the normal exchange rate (+1.5₽ to the Central Bank). The staff speaks excellent Russian and spoke in detail about common traffic violations and paid parking. The car saved a lot of time and allowed you to visit as many attractions as possible.
I didn't find any disadvantages. I recommend.
