Good location in the old town. The rooms are spacious and clean. I really liked the breakfasts: a large selection and everything is delicious. Unfortunately, the coffee is only instant. On the downside, there is no micro-ventilation on the windows. You either have to close and turn on the air conditioner, or keep them open at night, which is not very pleasant on the ground floor. Hard mattresses. The staff is very polite and helpful. Overall, the hotel left a good impression.
A nice hotel.
Great location.
All the main attractions are within walking distance.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and have all the conditions.
There is a summer pool.
The breakfasts are good.
Excellent staff.
The hotel is cozy, the staff is friendly and helpful. They asked for extra blankets and a kettle, everything was brought. Our room had hard mattresses- 3rd floor corner room. But in other rooms, the mattresses are good, soft (they were a big company and filled half of the third floor). Clean bathrooms are well cleaned every day. Good sound insulation of windows. Breakfasts are quite good, they bring what ends.
The minus for the small room, the air conditioning right above your head and the fact that you had to put the duvet cover on the blanket yourself is huge. It's a long way from the sights, there's a great cafe right under the windows, pilaf is cooked right on the street.
I didn't like it right away. There is no kettle, there is no cooler with water. No one in the room cleaned in front of us.
But a half-empty bottle of water was waiting for us in the room when we checked in. This is the cleaning here.
The soap was used, the shampoo was used.
The best hotel in Samarkand👍 polite staff, clean and spacious rooms, and the breakfast buffet is just great. We were satisfied, the hotel is within walking distance from all the attractions👍
The hotel is very decent, everything is clean and beautiful, there is a swimming pool on site that allows you to cool off in the sweltering heat. The breakfasts are delicious
Very pleasant impressions about this hotel, clean rooms, delicious breakfasts, convenient location. All the main attractions are within walking distance. P.S. When leaving the hotel, I lost my watch, called the administrator, asked to look for it, after arriving from Bukhara, I went to them and they gave them to me. Thank you very much. You are wonderful)
Great hotel! Good location, Registan Square and other iconic places are a 10-minute walk away. The rooms are spacious with everything you need, clean. The breakfast is excellent. I recommend.
A four-star hotel with a minus. The location is great. The rooms are nice, warm and cozy. The towels in the bathroom are very stiff and old, it would not hurt to replace them already.
The breakfast was so-so, I really didn't like it when we went down for breakfast, and many dishes were over, although there was still a whole hour before the end of breakfast and many had not had breakfast yet. If you want capsule coffee, you need to buy it.
The staff is very pleasant and friendly. It covers all the disadvantages of the hotel.
Great hotel!
The rooms are clean, the staff is polite and helpful.
Within walking distance (10 minutes walking distance) from the city center, where there are architectural monuments.
Some strange impression remained. Everything seems to be fine, the room is good, even with a claim to be expensive, but the bed with a hard mattress is Uzbek, comparable in softness to a reserved seat. The bathroom is large, but the toilet was wobbling, the water from the sink was leaking onto the floor, and in the bathtub it was slowly leaving. Little things, but the sediment remained (
I have stayed at this hotel many times. Briefly. On a business trip. Just to spend the night. But I would like to write the most commendable reviews about the hotel. A very thoughtful hotel. Rooms - no complaints at all. Clean, businesslike and cozy. There is everything you need and maybe a little more. a comfortable bed, clean white linen, pillows in sufficient quantity, a wardrobe with enough hangers, a safe, a spare blanket. Desk, mini fridge, bottle of water. Coffee table, armchair, TV. Free password-free Wi-fi. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer, a toothbrush with toothpaste, bags of shampoo and shower gel, a shower cap. Three towels (hard). There are also waffle slippers. Everything is clean and thought out. There is also a shoe cloth, a brush, and a shoe spoon in the room. Everything is functional, enough and in moderation. There is a cooler on the floor. The breakfast is quite varied. The porridge was very tasty. For dinner, I will not say that it is delicious, There is a bowl of sweets at the exit, waiting places. Prompt reception, friendly, helpful staff. Supermarkets are within walking distance. A very cozy, hospitable, comfortable hotel.

I think we need to remove all cavrolan from the corridors. The rooms are large, but there is no comfort in them. The TV in the room is very small and again this unnecessary carpet in the room
Samarkand and the service- divide everything in half, at least. If you want good conditions, then look at at least 5* hotels. If the windows overlook the road, as we do, then it is very noisy, it is not possible to sleep with micro-ventilation. Cleanliness in the rooms is also lame, mold in bottles with a million times used disposable containers for shampoos and gels. And breakfast... A masterpiece!!! It is very poor in composition and the APOGEE of this institution: A SIGN AT THE COFFEE MACHINE: COFFEE IS PAID, DO NOT POUR IT YOURSELF! 15,000 local currency tea and coffee!!!! It was the first hotel in our lives of experienced travelers where there was paid coffee at breakfast included in the room rate. If you go to a restaurant in the city, get ready for the service and decoration of the cafe....
Excellent hotel at reasonable prices. Double room 450,000 per day with all amenities. And also next to the hotel there is one of the best cafes, literally across the street.
The rooms are dark, the lighting is poor, they save on light bulbs. The plumbing is partially out of order. At the entrance at the reception, they asked to give their passport before departure - of course they did not give it. The owner goes straight to breakfast and watches what you eat and how much you eat, it was incredibly annoying
Rooms for 3+. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is no electric kettle, and there is no bottled water either. The bathroom is also 3+, the hangers are rusted, the water in the bathroom goes very slowly, there is a smell of sewage, it is not pleasant. The lock in the door is stuck. 106/108 rooms.
The staff is very polite! Delicious breakfast!
And the downside is that the water accumulates in the bathroom.
And the TV is almost not showing all channels are blocked
I would not say a gorgeous place is very dirty and the bath is unclean and what is supposed to be is not given For every thing you have to run prettier
