They are often rude to patients who, in their opinion, are not rich enough or have no status in society. In short, they meet by their clothes. As soon as the patient starts talking to them in a more rigid form, they all immediately become silk. They discuss their problems very loudly, sometimes on an intimate topic. At the same time, they may not answer the phone for a long time, even if they are not busy at that moment. The heads of the clinic should pay attention to this. I'm not the first person to complain about the registry in the reviews. This is the face of the whole institution. Because of their unprofessional approach to their duties, people have a negative opinion about your clinic.
