The worst hotel in my life. They settled us in the basement, 1,7 the height of the "room", from the ceiling (it's the floor of the room from above) leaks, mold, cockroaches. Dirt is walking and falling from above. The whole bed is covered in hair, with traces of shoes. They swore and refused to relocate even for an additional fee. The whole room is in the photo, They write reviews to themselves to raise the rating. There are no real photos anywhere on the sites. We left there, checked into another hotel for cash. I don't recommend it to anyone.

The hotel is very clean, the staff is polite, helpful,friendly, I always stay there in Istanbul.
