The coffee shop is located on the 1st floor of the same name, everything is at a high level, as in all establishments of the Divan chain. The pies are very tasty, and even the Italians appreciated the coffee. The hotel itself is located very close to Taksim Square. Unfortunately, the summer porch faces a noisy street and the view may not seem the most pleasant. In addition, this is the shady side, suitable for the summer heat, but on cool days it is better to stay indoors. There is a shop on the territory of the coffee shop where you can buy Divan confectionery, as well as ceramics of this brand. In general, I recommend it! P.S.
The hotel has original Bedri Rahmi murals, if you are lucky with a hotel employee, he will be able to tell you how to find them.
I really liked the hotel. We had a family vacation in May 2025. The room is spacious, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Nice pool and SPA area. The location is super convenient (near the bus stop to/from the airport, 1 minute to Taksim metro station, 10 minutes to Kabatash pier (faster by funicular). The breakfasts are not the most varied, but they are quite good.
Lovely elegant boutique hotel
The service is excellent
The attitude towards the guests is incredible!
The best hotel in Istanbul!
For discerning tourists who
appreciate comfort,
but for reasonable money!
Everything is at the highest level. We lived in an amazing presidential suite🫠 It's a luxury. Amazing chef and cuisine of the restaurant. Thanks to Yulia, the hotel manager, as well as the attentive Shafochka
Highly recommended
We had lunch in the restaurant of this hotel. Excellent service! All the dishes ordered here were delicious! Many thanks to the staff. I recommend you to visit!
Super location to the center-for walking, to the subway, to the buses to the airport 2 minutes on foot and no taxi / transfer. The breakfasts are good - a variety of cheeses, fruits, pastries, etc.
A wonderful cozy hotel in Istanbul, next to Taksim Square!comfortable rooms, delicious breakfasts, very helpful staff and management!there is an indoor pool and a hammam!I definitely recommend you to visit!
Convenient location. Delicious breakfasts, polite receptionist, will help with any question ( Russian-speaking). Pick up a restaurant , extend the room, order medicine with delivery . The beds and pillows are just a cloud . The hotel itself looks like a boutique hotel, very clean, smelling delicious. We were met and conducted with dignity.
A great hotel, I recommend it, delicious breakfasts, clean, quiet, cozy, excellent staff who will solve all your wishes, cool Nilgün hanım and the wonderful general manager of the hotel Julia. Thanks!!!
When you look at it carefully, it has an external appearance as if it were divan literature ; thin columns that are simple, embroidered and smell of history (!)
The history is also long ; the water cistern that stands next to it (!) as. There is a parking lot available, right on the corner, in front of Gezi Park, if you want to visit the area outdoors. I've never been able to stay, so I don't know the prices. You can sit at the side tables on the main street in zero condition and have a snack.

We liked everything, the meeting, the check-in, the cleanliness of the rooms, the beds. The rooms had everything you needed. The service is very fast and friendly, from the concierge service to the room cleaners. Nice spa area, large swimming pool.
I've stayed in all the hotels in Istanbul, I've never had such a bad room experience, a gloomy narrow room where nowhere is visible, where the window and the lawn are flush on the first floor, hotels that are lower than the same price December are much better than here, and we forgot our diamond ring in the room, it was said that it doesn't exist here, which is a separate incident

An atmospheric hotel in the city center. It is very convenient that everything is accessible, creating an additional unforgettable experience of Istanbul.
It's a great place. The staff is very very polite and friendly. They communicate and take care of us as if we are their good friends. We were delighted
It's very old, worn and dirty. The shower was broken. There were even burn holes on the seat face. It was a disappointment for an institution like the Divan
