There are many good consultants, including divan.by I think almost everything. Smart, sweet, friendly, etc. But there is so far the only one with whom it was possible to feel at home, which is very important when choosing upholstered furniture. Many thanks to Maria's consultant from the First National. Despite the fact that she was standing next to me or at least in my line of sight, I managed to relax so much that it seemed like I was alone in the showroom and could try on a chair the way it was convenient for me. In those poses in which I will use it, in which it is convenient for me to sit, lie down, and fall apart, and not as for beautiful pictures, or correctly according to etiquette, or correctly for posture, for example) No unnecessary text or actions, and I got all the information I needed. As a result, when I came to look at two chairs from bookmarks on the site, I settled on the third one)) Although I didn't pay attention to him either on the website or in the showroom!! And it turned out to be the only convenient and suitable one for me. We will order 100%.

We ordered this cabinet. Well, what can I say, for 1,500 rubles. I would not recommend this product. It's beautiful in the picture, but in real life it's just a cheap material, and the fittings are the same. The assembly instructions are a special hell of an assembly (even for the assembler). The stoppers just hang there, blocking the air, and the doors don't even touch them. The left side wall is bent, I had to additionally drill and attach it to the shelf so that there would be less gap, although there is still one, apparently, 2 holes still need to be drilled. They didn't bring everything the first time, so I had to call to find out, but it turned out that they hadn't given everything away. Thanks to the guys for that, because the facades were marked, I didn't have to look for which one and where. But apparently, the leading people did not think of doing the same for 100,500 screws and bolts. I deal with different screws every day, and by the look of it, I have to understand that number 10 (according to the instructions) is from that hole in that facade. And of course, paid delivery... I hope that at least this model will stand up for the guarantee.

I want to come and trust, and not control everything. There is a buyer, there is a seller. We chose everything ourselves, the manager was required to draw up a contract, no more. As a result, we learned to write the last name and address correctly several times, hello 1st grade!) we chose furniture from one of the most expensive items on the site. As a result, they checked everything and asked again on their own. A complete disappointment in the manager. At the same time, the contact center leaves much to be desired . There is one information on the phone, another in the store - 1/10 service.
Managers do not know their product - the utopia of any business. The contact center said that at the store's address you can get acquainted with the color of the facade and touch it live, as a result, either the contact center made a mistake with the information, or the manager Rita did not find the color we needed. It is not clear) the wonderful website, the assortment and the large number of points in the city are pleasing. But the slowness and lack of intelligence of sufficiently mature employees leaves much to be desired. A professional diagnosis is required. It is not clear whether the girls are on salary or %, but the quality of work and spelling are 1/10. We thought we would do everything in 10 minutes, as a result, we filled out forms for 30 minutes. In general, change employees or carry out professional diagnostics.
