Be prepared for the fact that the furniture in the exhibition halls may differ from the one that will be brought to you. They have beautiful smooth samples, and you (personally to me) were brought a crooked sofa, on which, after 5 minutes of sitting down and standing up, there are also folds on the upholstery. I wrote them to the quality control department with a claim, attached a photo and literally a few days later they offered me a discount, which suited me. As a result, I will say that the furniture is mediocre, but the store has solved the issue. I have no complaints.

I purchased this "marvelous sofa" - Menley Velvet Brown sofa straight on September 27, 2020.
I didn't like the gap between the sofa seats right away, well, it's a small thing.
For 8 months of operation, the MDF sheet of the linen drawer came off, well, this is also a trifle, they did not apply under warranty. They stopped storing pillows there.
In 9 months, the leg broke off. And then I wrote in ok@divan.by As the call center said. They immediately called me back and said that these were not warranty cases, there was a violation of operation, and this operation was only by two adults weighing 70 kg and 90 kg.
And after 1 year and 4 months, foam rubber sagged in the place where there was a gap between the pillows.

The most customer-oriented furniture store in Belarus!
Not only had the manufacture of this furniture been waiting for a month and no one could explain when it would be ready, but the guides for the shuflyadka had not yet been reported. I called several times and asked to contact me directly with the quality department, they said that they could not connect me directly (they say we will give your contact and they will call you back) They called back, asked what the problem was, and that was it, no response, no greetings. 2 days later, I dialed them again myself, a day later they called me back from the quality department and asked me to measure these guides so that some person would go and buy them, which would then pass them to me, I agreed. Another week has passed and no one has called me back. I called them myself again and it turned out that the guides had already been bought and were in their warehouse, but no one was going to tell me about it until I called myself.

The specialists of the quality department could only offer to wait another 3 weeks for the necessary parts to be delivered.
I thought in such cases, the priority is to solve this problem as soon as possible, and not to suggest waiting for more +3 weeks. Terrible attitude towards their customers.

Good afternoon. One star only for the appearance of the chest of drawers. We purchased a chest of drawers on 22.01. Immediately after unpacking, they began to assemble and were shocked: all the parts were incorrectly labeled, and the shelves that were assembled in the first place could not be assembled because the parts were defective. They wrote to the marriage department. A woman called, said in a kind voice, "don't worry, we'll do everything before two weeks and deliver it to you." It's been over two weeks. No calls with apologies that the deadlines are delayed. We start writing to the marriage department, there is always one answer: we are waiting for a car. As a result: tomorrow 22.02. Exactly a month since we applied for marriage. According to article 23 (replacement of goods of inadequate quality), the manufacturer is obliged to provide the part within a month if it is not available. If there are no details tomorrow, we go to court. A month of nerves, the service is disgusting!!!
PS. We did not immediately check the rest of the shelf, it turned out that one of them has two healthy scratches right on the front side. I don't have the words. Naturally, with such a service, there is no point in requesting a part. Now you can also waste your nerves and time to eliminate scratches!!

We bought 2 chairs 3 years ago. To say that you liked them is nothing to say: they are beautiful, stylish, comfortable - you don't want to get up from the word at all, they look like new in 3 years and even if something got on them, it was not difficult to wash the dirt. To be honest, not a single flaw has been found all the time. And this is not the opinion of one person - they constantly pay attention to them and ask where they bought them. To make it completely clear how good they are, after 3 years we order 2 more of the same but in a different color. Chairs 100 out of 10!

I ordered a cabinet in October with a modified configuration + an additional shelf. The cabinet was brought without additional shelves, which of course was discovered only the next day during assembly.
I called the driver in the hope that they just forgot to put the shelf out and that they would take it, they told me to contact the manager. After calling the manager, it turned out to be necessary to write a letter to another department. It's good that the letter turned out to be electronic, and not pigeons.
As a result, 1. Silence after the letter
2. The manager said that they would make the cabinet in 30 days, it turned out to be more than 30 working days (7.10-28.11)
3. During the assembly, they also wanted to receive payment for the assembly of this additional shelf, which does not exist.
I thought to order bedroom furniture here, but apparently it was not fate, since the 50-50 closet turned out to be so problematic.
The collector turned out to be the most pleasant person of all, and there are no complaints about his work alone, he is just a hostage of this situation. Well, a lesson for yourself is that it is necessary to open all packages and count each board during delivery, and not trust it.

Nice furniture, but absolutely finished delivery service. For the second time, furniture is brought without prior approval of the delivery time whenever they want. They send SMS at 21.30 "Delivery will be from 6.00 to 10.00 on a weekday, and spin as you want. In the morning they call that we will deliver at 8 a.m., as a result they arrive at 10.00. Drivers are rude.
Until adequate delivery is established with a clear time agreement, I do not recommend ordering. I don't recall any store having such an attitude.
