we bought a cabinet in the salon, while repeatedly consulting the sellers in the salon about the timing and possibility of installation, because it was necessary to quickly and easily get a cabinet and install it in the hallway. The seller assured us that the cabinet would arrive no later than 2 weeks, but the contract specified 45 days (this is 6.5 weeks), well, actually it turned out exactly 45 days. Therefore, who needs to hurry up - keep in mind that it will not be fast. But that's not all. We paid for the assembler in the salon, because they said that there would be no guarantee for the cabinet if the assembly was not with their master. Where to put the closet , we have repeatedly discussed in the salon, we were assured that everything is OK and there is nothing to worry about. As a result, the collector arrived, it was indicated to him where to put the closet. Since I had no time to sit with him and the tenant lived in the apartment, I left. At the same time, the assembler considered that he could put the cabinet in another place without my approval, assembled it, called and reported on the work, asking for double payment, allegedly the complexity of the assembly. To my indignation, he said that there was no way to put it in another place. For reference, my neighbors were installed in the same niche, the same closet. Then he left. and now I have this closet, blocking the entrance to the apartment by half. I want to ask what kind of IDIOT works there. If I repeatedly ask to rebuild the closet in the place where I need it, I only get sorry or blame myself. From which I can conclude that the main thing for sellers is to sell the product, for the collector it is easier for them to assemble, and the company does not care about anything. I do not recommend making orders in this company, because if something goes wrong, then no one will solve your problems.
