Great hotel!!! The rooms are cozy. There is everything you need: air conditioning, hairdryer, kettle, refrigerator. The service is unobtrusive, but everything is very decent! There is an elevator, an ironing board and an iron on each floor + a cozy lounge area. A very cozy courtyard with a huge terrace where you can eat, sing karaoke, just relax and chat. There is a swimming pool, always clean, near the shower. We had three meals a day. We liked it: always vegetables, fruits, pastries, tea, coffee, compote, delicious soups, Georgian salads with delicious secret ingredients, khinkali, khachapuri and so on. There was enough food for us and it was varied. Administrator George is a kind-hearted person and a very attentive employee.
I definitely recommend this hotel!
We had a rest in July 2024. It looks like a quite presentable guest house, not far from the sea. The lobby is beautifully decorated, there are many paintings, antique furniture, and a collection of statuettes. The corridors are also cozy, good sofas, a beautiful staircase. There are ironing boards on each floor. A pleasant courtyard, a small swimming pool, gazebos, swings. There are not many people, you can relax quite calmly.
There are 2 residential blocks, in one, newer, all Windows overlook the courtyard or the city. The balconies are small, there are chairs and a table. To see the sea from the balcony, you need to live in the main building, in rooms 502, 503, 602, 603. The rooms with the number 3 (triple) have the largest loggia. Room 503 is lined with antique furniture, quite rich, but so old that it is impossible to breathe from the stench that stands in the room. Only the bed is new. There is a small refrigerator, a kettle, 3 mugs. I was struck by the minimal shower, which is installed next to the toilet and is separated from it only by a curtain. When you wash, the water drains very badly and threatens to overflow into the room through the threshold. There are problems with water, it is not always hot, in the evenings there is a weak pressure. The water itself is tasteless, it is difficult to drink even boiled, although the locals drink it from the tap. There are a lot of malfunctions in the room, the light bulbs are flashing, the socket for the hair dryer falls off, the balcony door does not close, the impression of a bad host is created.
A 3-course meal is organized, but knowing the richness of Georgian cuisine, I want to cry from the food offered. Everything is poor enough, the second is served in one plate (for example, potatoes, cucumber and tomato slices and pasta salad!!) I was especially touched by a small glass of diluted Yuppie at lunch, and it was impossible to take a second glass, everything was on the bill, apparently. The staff of the canteen are quite friendly, as is the administrator Gia, who smiles happily, treats you with wine, so that you can then buy it here, and not in the city. In fact, there is a lot of cunning and desire to deceive. To extend the stay in the room until the evening, the amount of 50 lari was first announced, a little later "Unfortunately, there is only one available room, it costs 100 lari." There was an impression of some kind of contempt for the guests, an attitude of condescension and as to the narrow-minded people who would receive such a service. But unassuming tourists will like it
The hotel (2 buildings) is new, but quite presentable. We got a small room, but it had everything we needed: a refrigerator, a kettle, a hairdryer, and a TV. Cleaning was carried out every other day (I would like, of course, to be cleaned daily). The shower drain couldn't handle the flow of water, it was a bit unpleasant. There is an elevator, an ironing board and an iron on each floor + a cozy lounge area. A very cozy courtyard with a huge terrace where we ate and sat in the evenings (the Internet was the best here). We had three meals a day, edible, but 80% of the diet was carbohydrates. The pastries are fresh, delicious, and the chocolate is divine, so you won't be able to gain extra pounds, don't count on it) The beach is literally across the street, a 3-minute walk. Manager George is a golden-hearted man, he will always help and prompt. In general, I would stop here again, there are shortcomings, but they are not critical.
We visited the Diva Hotel in Kobuleti in late September - early October 2024, the very end of the tourist season. The beach is great, there are almost no people, you can sit down and sunbathe freely, no one bothers anyone. We were in Georgia for the first time and actually in this hotel, all the beauty of which ended when the door to the room was opened... Yes, I agree with many comments, the excellent location is 5 minutes and you are on the beach, there are enough cafes for every taste in 3 minutes. The Diva has quite an interesting lobby, the presence of a small elevator is also a plus, taking into account the number of floors, the territory both inside the hotel and in front of the hotel is well maintained, the pool was also clean. The standard room for 2 people with 2 double beds is very small, but you can still put up with the size of the room, but the shower room without a curtain and a side so that water does not flood the entire "huge" room of 2 sq.m. where there is also a toilet and a washbasin, it was something unique... The hood either does not work, or does not cope (it has remained a mystery), which is why it smelled constantly damp. Cleaning was or was not noticeable in terms of cleanliness, it was understood that someone was still there by the presence of a new roll of toilet paper. The sheets with holes were a masterpiece, which they did not even consider it necessary to replace during the week of their stay. In order to somehow hold back the water in the shower, we asked for a curtain that was completely absent from the word in our room. The shower curtain was brought by a not very happy George at our fourth (already very persistent) request, and that was because in the toilet-shower after 3 days of stay, the towel holder unscrewed, which had nowhere to even attach so as not to get wet while the shower was running, and we were again "not happy" and pointed out the flaws. One of the ladies who are engaged in cleaning or kitchen or both at once, reacted violently to the request of such a thing as a shower curtain, and tried very hard to "put in place" the arrogant guest, by something that sounded like this: "You are oborzeli, you came here and want to dance in front of you, you stopped for a penny, and this number is actually 1000 dollars. it costs per day." I don't even want to write anything about food, I can't imagine how you can cook such unattractive and terribly not appetizing dishes from a completely edible set of products. Somewhere I read a comment about the fact that "this is an economy", I completely disagree, even the most ordinary pasta can be cooked in different ways, in Diva even boiled pasta was terrible. Conclusions have been drawn for myself, next time I will understand in more detail where the tour operator settles, and we will not go to Diva more than 100%.
A wonderful hotel for a family vacation. The rooms are clean and bright. They are cleaned daily. The food is varied, there are many Georgian dishes, which is especially pleasant, because I would not try them anywhere. Two buildings. Swimming pool, dining area. What is important, the music is turned off at 11 o'clock, nothing prevents children from sleeping. The beach is close. George, at the reception, will always help and advise. Only positive emotions!
A very nice hotel. The staff is wonderful, the people are very friendly and helpful. You can make any request, they will always help. The rooms are cleaned every day, clean and cozy as at home. The food is hearty, well cooked. We rested with our granddaughter for two weeks. Many thanks to everyone, and first of all to Irina and Gia. We will definitely choose only the Diva next time.
We had a rest in August 2024. This is not the first time I have been on vacation in Georgia. The location is not bad, the interior of the hotel is stylish, the territory is well maintained. A small clean pool, open until 22. Otherwise, I would like it better: the kitchen is unsanitary, the food is mediocre, the rooms can't turn around, the stench, no cleaning. And if a guest comes to sit with a cup of coffee on the balcony, then a scandal for the whole hotel is provided. They would look at the kitchen with such fury) For this money there are plenty of higher-level hotels in all positions. I do not recommend it!
Tasteless , monotonous food. Noticed the serving of yesterday's/ the day before yesterday's soup, pasta, etc. For lunch only sweet compote, tea or instant coffee only for breakfast, for dinner only tea is allowed. Once I saw how this tea was poured into teapots and realized that it was better not to drink it. This food did not suit me, I constantly needed stopdiar and gastal. The type of food is not a buffet, but a canteen. If you come 10 minutes later, you will eat cold. Some of the rooms are very small, the size of a double room did not even reach 10 m2. To 1 go to the balcony or to the bathroom, 2 need to lie down on the bed. There was a refrigerator, a bed and some kind of table by the bed, a TV. Instead of a closet, there is a hanger with 5 hooks. The room was so small that there was nowhere to put the suitcase so that it would not interfere with the passage. Also in the bathroom there is a toilet, sink, mirror, hair dryer and a shower head with a drain hole. The size of the bathroom is a maximum of 2 m2. When you wash, everything is in the water afterwards: sink, mirror, toilet bowl. When you wash, the water does not have time to drain into the sewer, because the bathroom floor is flat and the water is distributed throughout the bathroom, one day the water leaked from the bathroom onto the rug in the room, which then did not dry out and stank. Plus, there are problems with the hood, because of this, the room stinks of dampness and mold. The room is "cleaned" every day. Cleaning includes wiping the floor with a smelly rag and adding toilet paper. All. Towels were not changed once during the 10 days of stay. I won't say anything about the bedding. The hotel has a swimming pool and a nice lounge area. I understand that this is a budget hotel, but we have been to other hotels in Georgia with 3 stars too and everything was very decent there. Spacious rooms, a normal shower. The buffet. Yes, without a lot of dishes, but the food was hot. In general, we were unlucky with the number this time. And with food (
Very bad Wi-Fi, which practically does not pull, if you are without roaming or a local SIM card, you can stay out of touch.
I stayed at this hotel in July. The lobby
of the hotel is beautiful, convenient location.
The room we lived in is very small. For 8 nights, towels were changed once, bed linen was not changed at all. The room was poorly cleaned, it stank of sewage.
The food is poor, but it is budget-friendly.
I was more outraged by the unsanitary conditions at the place of eating. Someone else's hair in sugar, coffee, badly washed dishes.
The territory of the hotel is well maintained, in the evening you can sit down and drink wine. The hotel is located near the sea.
My husband and I have already stayed at this hotel twice, I think I can leave a truthful review, since I have had experience for two years.
The location is in the tourist part of the city, near the park, which was renovated this year. There are a lot of cafes that are just rocking at the end of June, a lot of temporary cafes "made of shit and sticks" with the price of a restaurant. It is better to go to the center, where prices are lower, and do not include any 10%-15% in the bill. It's a bit boring on the embankment, it's not very beautiful. We need to move towards the city center, then the lighting appears, and the views are beautiful, and there are more people. But swimming is good, there have never been many people. By sunset, there are a lot of locals on the beach who don't know about personal boundaries and walk right through your stuff, it was annoying.
The hotel itself is quite large, there is one small elevator, there are sofas / armchairs in the corridors, there is a weak Wi-Fi, a hotel bar, a swimming pool. A pleasant manager, George, with whom you can chat.
The rooms are very different! In 2023, we came across a large room for three on the 6th floor (as we were told at the time, the best). There was a view of the mountains and the sea. One of the disadvantages is that the outlet of the hair dryer did not work, and the hair dryer is bolted to the wall. I asked this question a couple of times, but the hair dryer was still there, as a result, I went mostly with wet hair.
In 2024, we already came across a room on the 5th floor, which is already greeted by a door that has seen a lot and a door handle that has jammed. Then the shock of how small the room is, but in which the hair dryer works, a little hooray! There were no batteries in the TV remote control, and Xiaomi's phone helped! Not without dancing with tambourines, but we managed to connect the air conditioner (the TV of the specified brand refused to work through the application), and the batteries were moved to the TV remote control. The room is small in fact, the dryer had to be put right in the middle of the room in bad weather, because there was nowhere else to put it. But we got used to the size of the room, after all, we didn't spend much time in it, but the difference is noticeable from the 6th floor, and the whole group pays the same for the tour. The bathroom is a toilet in both cases without a shower ladder, and this is a completely wet floor, dampness and an unpleasant smell.
The cleaning a year ago was better for me than this year. When we checked in, we saw dirty unwashed mugs, it was unpleasant at all. We bought disposable dishes for our room, it's so much nicer. The mirror and faucets are also dirty, and the toilet has not been cleaned for a long time either. Of course, I cleaned the mirror with toilet paper, but it shouldn't be like this. It was just all dirty! There doesn't seem to be any cleaning control.
Although cleaning is done every day, but always at different times, and with some kind of stale rag, that is, after cleaning, it stank of this dirty rag. For 12 days of stay, bed linen and towels were changed only 1(!!!) once, after 4 days of check-in. What a surprise it was when after another 4-5 days nothing was changed. I don't know why it was changed initially after 4 days then, and not after 6, if I had to use raw and stale towels for as many as 8 days afterwards. Toilet paper is delivered during cleaning as needed, which is a plus. There is only liquid soap in a bottle, which is also topped up there, that's all. We checked out at 12 at night, that is, we were still in the room all day, but no one was cleaning, as a result, the garbage was already on the floor by the trash can, I'm sorry, since there was no cleaning for more than a day in fact.
Now about the kitchen. After this year, I definitely decided that if I was still in Georgia, I would choose a hotel with a kitchenette, without three meals a day included. The food is purely for locals, without taking into account the fact that Belarusians cannot eat such fatty, spicy and salty food, many simply cannot, not to mention that it is tasteless. Asking to make it not spicy is generally useless, although it is worth collecting the wishes of the guests when checking in: a lean menu or like everyone else. I would have chosen lean, because on the fifth day of my stay, I started having gastrointestinal problems because of this terrible food. As a result, I practically stopped eating there, because both gastritis and chronic cholecystitis worsened, the whole diet, all treatments went to one place. As a result, I've been back for 2 weeks, but I can't cure it all, and I'm in agony. The most important thing is that last year there were the same problems, but I did not associate them with this diet. Fortunately, I found a cafe with Belarusian cuisine, where I was able to eat tasty and normal food even at the end of my vacation. Breakfast at the hotel is early, although it's a vacation, who gets up at 8 on vacation! At first, they got up on the alarm clock in order to have time to come and finish the remains of the watery porridge, as a result, they spat, slept normally, had breakfast with food bought in the store. If you have problems with the digestive tract, it is better not to try to eat at the hotel.
Overall, the hotel is not bad, but there is something to work on. Offer either menu options, or a kitchenette where you can cook yourself, it will be much better. Well, cleaning control, so that there are no dirty mugs-toilet bowls-mirrors when settling in.
A good hotel, if you don't be picky. It is not a 5* but has its own quiet, cozy atmosphere, friendly staff. The food is like in a sanatorium. Portioned, balanced, you will not get fat, but you will not go hungry either.
I stayed at the hotel in July 2024. The hotel is decent, there is a swimming pool, a large terrace with tables and several gazebos. The rooms are normal, standard.
There is food, but not very (monotonous).
A pleasant hotel for its price. Everything is clean enough, there is a small pool and a bar, and a disco in the evenings. The food is monotonous, but everything is delicious, they will not leave you hungry. The staff is friendly.
Friendly receptionist, listens to requests and wishes, air conditioning in the rooms, daily cleaning but not very high quality , on-site swimming pool and bar , disco every evening.
The food is three meals a day, not varied, the portions are small, we did not like the food at all.
A normal guest house with food. We were generally satisfied. Food, yes, not with basins, but you won't stay hungry, but with a budget. Because everything is expensive in cafes. In general, Kobuleti is a very good place: climate, beach, excursions, I advise you
