The boiler room heats the 4th microdistrict. It has not been supplying hot water for many years. The hot water part of the boiler room is without glass. Previously, there was a sauna and a hot tub on the territory. Boiler room employees work only during the heating period, the rest of the time the staff is reduced. Storage tanks were dismantled (some).
