We visited Disneyland on April 8th. In short, I really liked it and my daughter of 14 years. A huge, beautiful, atmospheric amusement park for the whole family. If you're a thrill seeker, this is not the place for you. Even those attractions that have a maximum of five stars out of five on the extreme scale on the park's website are not scary at all.
In more detail: we arrived at the park for the opening (8:30). It took about 30 minutes to enter the park (queue). The entrance to the park is strictly based on your passport or ID card (Chinese, if you have one). If you purchase a fast pass (it was purchased from us for 6 rides), then at the entrance they give you a card with a QR code and take a picture of you on camera. The card must be presented at the entrance to the attraction for which you purchased a quick pass (and 2 times - at the moment of entering the attraction and at the place where you join the general one from the "quick queue"). When checking, your photo is also displayed. You can only go through the map to each of the attractions selected for a quick pass. If you want to do it again, then as many times as you want in the order of the general queue. If possible, I strongly advise you to purchase a quick pass. It helps a lot and is worth your money. We were on a weekday and generally there was no sense of a crowd around when moving around the park, but the waiting time for the most popular attractions was up to 80 minutes. We visited all the attractions that the child wanted to visit (rolled into the trash), visited the castle, took pictures with princesses and pirates, watched 2 performances. There were no queues for more than 30 minutes for any attraction, not even for the Throne. We were unable to download the park map application, but I downloaded the Magic Carpet application (available in the AppStore) - there is a map of the park and you can see the location of each attraction, which helps a lot in moving around the park so as not to waste time searching for the entertainment you need. The waiting time in the queue for the rides can be viewed on large screens - there are a lot of them hanging in the park. It feels like the time displayed there is greatly overestimated - it always passed faster than stated. Don't get hung up on the order of visiting locations - go to the place where there is less queue at the moment. The length of the queues does not change during the day. And, of course, in the morning before 10 and in the evening (after 20:00) the rides are much more free. I saw in the reviews that you can't bring food - it's not like that. It is possible and necessary - most of them do so. There are a lot of drinking water fountains on the territory - everyone refilled their bottles there.
That's about it. Enjoy visiting the park - it's beautiful :)
We were at Disneyland on November 24, a very beautiful place! I was struck by the fact that there are very few attractions, many different themed houses, but all of them with souvenirs. On the third house, the interest has disappeared and there is no need to waste time. There are huge queues for all the attractions, standing from 40 to 1.5 hours. I advise you to take a hotel nearby and spend two days. One is not enough. There are themed cartoon characters, but you have to wait for photos with them one at a time. The best location is pirates! Go there right away!
When you visit the park, you get into a fairy tale: music from your favorite cartoons is playing, you see the characters you've loved since childhood, and the scenery…
A very memorable fireworks display before the park closes. But in January it was cold, and the park staff asked to sit on the asphalt while watching the fireworks. They were very cold.
The queues are huge even in winter, it's scary to imagine what will happen in summer.
If you come with children, then of course this place is a must-visit, But there are very few attractions for adults, mainly designed for children. We were at the end of November, of course there are still a lot of people, despite the fact that it seems to be out of season) But there were no queues for hours, not at the entrance, not at the attractions themselves (maybe 15 minutes and stood somewhere). Basically everyone was photographed))
It's a great place, you know, in reality it all seemed much cooler than in reality, I didn't say that everything was very bad, we were on a weekday, there were a lot of people, the queues for attractions were from 30 to 300 minutes, we rode only on the mountain and nowhere else. The locations are cool, the accessories are very cool, we bought a lot of things. Cafes are very expensive, it's better to eat in advance and not very tasty. The cool locations are pirates and Zootopia, the castle also has a royal dinner and lunch, but it's time-consuming and expensive. I hope I helped as much as I could
First of all, the main thing is that the children liked it. Not just a park with attractions, but a large space with themed locations. Unexpectedly, the tavern has reasonable prices for food. In hot weather, take care of portable individual fans in advance, it is expensive there, and temperatures outside feel up to 45. If you wait for the closing show, it's worth it. Strollers for rent for children even 10 years old)
Return to childhood!
A great park, many interesting locations, attractions, recreation areas, cafes, etc.
Queues can be quite large, but access to them is organized very competently, there is an application where you can see the waiting time and a map of the park.
I recommend taking tickets for 2 days so that you can definitely see everything and ride all the attractions.
The best European-adapted food in the Pirates of the Caribbean zone.
We were at Disneyland on April 1st and 2nd. It was warm during the day and cold in the evening. I liked everything. They took the usual entrance tickets. In some places, I had to stand for 40 minutes. But in two days we went around everything, on those attractions that we particularly liked, we rode several times. Of course, I would like more roller coasters. Mostly 5d cinema-type attractions, but they also caused complete delight. I was impressed by the light show and fireworks at the end of the day. There was also a character parade, which takes place 2 times a day.
This is the Disney level. We arrived closer to lunch, we managed to pass the main locations. There were queues for a maximum of 40-50 minutes, more than 8 rides passed. The queues are distributed so that fans are constantly moving and everywhere. The fireworks are magnificent. The time was at 21-10. We caught the subway later. No subway cards were previously purchased, everything is in fact. It was May 6th. There is a place to eat, according to the price tag, I was preparing for the worst. Therefore, I definitely liked everything.
A fabulous journey into childhood. It's better to see it once. It's still crowded in November. The waiting time for top attractions is 25-30 minutes. 1.5 hours by metro from the center of Shanghai. It is better to buy tickets in advance via the Internet. A mandatory place to visit for children and their parents.
This is a magical place for the whole family, it's worth flying to Shanghai just for this! The magnificent attractions are exciting not only for children but also for adults, I was in the most childish delight, I highly recommend it! Just before the trip, study the important factors, the season, holidays in China, we went in early September and there were not too many queues, there were on average about 40-60 minutes in line, you can buy a fast pass, with it you almost stand without queues. Study everything in advance and it is better to take tickets in advance too.
Be sure to watch the show at the end, there will be fireworks.
I recommend it as much as possible!
Hello!
I've been to three Disneylands: Paris, Tokyo and Shanghai.
Despite the fact that Shanghai is the newest, unfortunately I liked it the least.
If there is a choice, I would recommend Paris.
Extreme attractions are modestly presented in Chinese.
The hero parade is not full of magic and extravaganza.
The advantages include the evening fireworks, as well as a relatively inexpensive entrance ticket and, of course, cleanliness in the park.
I liked almost all the attractions, but the most interesting thing for me is in Zveropolis (it's very atmospheric), I put a minus because of the queues (in March, there were about half an hour and sometimes an hour in the afternoon, but in the evening it was usually five to ten minutes) in general, it's worth a visit
A huge amusement park. Lots of impressions. An ocean of people. Literally tens of thousands. Kilometer-long queues. But - all this does not spoil the impression and mood. Even for adults, it's an amazing experience! Worth your money to the last yuan!
The rides are very childish, it will be boring for children over 10-12 years old.
The queues are long and long, starting from the entrance to the park. The food in the park is expensive fast food. But you can leave the park and go out to eat. Security check at the entrance as at the airport. Food cannot be brought in. The park is not big from morning to evening, you can slowly walk around everything.
I remember from the entertainment
A theatrical production about Captain Jack Sparrow,
Zveropolis,
the Throne.
Having visited several Disney world (USA, France), I can say: the largest park, modern, interesting, but!!!!!! guys, there are very long queues (yes, there are a billion people in China). You can try to gain time by visiting, but no!!!! anyway, you will stand for more than an hour and a half for the best attractions (there are 5 of them), even after buying the facts, you will wait, since they can be used 1 time per hour (((((). But it is still mandatory to visit. And what a salute at the end of mmmmm!
Just a child's delight, I really liked the park, if possible, you need to buy ski pastes because you really need to stand in queues for about an hour. Even in the queue when you're standing, you can already see entertaining cartoon stories)
We liked the Pirates of the Caribbean zone the most.
Gorgeous Disneyland!!! There is a great desire to return to this place with the whole family! The children are delighted and the adults are too! We recommend you to visit. In my opinion, it is necessary to take tickets for 2 days of visits at once, since one day is very short))) The park is very large with many attractions.
It's a very beautiful place, you get to childhood with fairy-tale characters and cartoon characters. I highly recommend staying for the parade. There are new attractions, excellent 3D performances. When buying a ticket, you must have a passport.
A gorgeous park and one day is not enough. Everything is beautiful and expensive, but it's worth it. The fireworks at the end are a fairy tale. We were in the summer, it was very hot, but we left with a bag of impressions
Disneyland has a large territory, but there is nothing special about it!We went with children of different ages and no one was particularly enthusiastic. It was out of season and there were huge queues starting from the entrance to the park.Airport security screening. The prices are quite high.Queues of up to 1.5 hours. There are no super cool rides.
It's a beautiful place! The only negative is queues, but there's nothing you can do about it. the coolest Pirates of the Caribbean attraction: I can't imagine how they achieved such illusions, you immerse yourself completely
Wasted money. Just for the sake of touching the world. That's all. Attractions for kids. Not one exciting one. And everything else is like everywhere else. We just hung around for two more hours to wait for the show. Which attracted even less people in the crowd. But it drained all the juices and energy.
Like in a fairy tale, it's better to visit on a weekday, fewer people. The food is delicious burgers next to the tron attraction, the rest of the food is not very good.
Cool. I went for a ride, had fun. But the most interesting thing is the performance before closing! I liked the throne, boats, pirates of the Caribbean and zveropolis. Actually, it's not bad. But for some reason everyone was a quadrober😅 I recommend
A great park, many locations that are not found in other Disney, overshadow queues of 90-120 minutes for rides. And this is on weekdays and not holidays for children.
Disneyland is always wonderful! However, there are very long queues everywhere, so take the advice immediately to the Zveropolis zone, it is only in this park. Well, I recommend the Tron attraction.
Very beautiful 😻 I love Disneylands . I liked it very much , colorful , clean . There were few people in April , it was raining and it was a working week . Everything is in Chinese ,
Both adults and children are required to visit!!!! Initially we didn't want to, in the end we want to go again, we went in early October, 08.10. There were practically no queues and still spent the whole day there without ever repeating the rides!!! Top 10 out of 10
Gorgeous Disneyland! At the end of September, there were not very many people, queues, so we managed to get around almost all the locations! I became a little girl for the whole day. The only problem with the cafe is that they only sell snacks.
Sooo cool, we're thrilled. The attractions are just space. But you need to go on weekdays and in the morning, and it's better to take a ticket for 2 days. We were on a weekday and the queue for attractions was 20-30 minutes.
It's certainly gorgeous!!! One day is not enough, it is better, of course, to immediately buy a ticket for two days. Everything is very beautiful and magical!!!
I liked everything, we bought a VIP pass, there are small queues with it. Evening shows with fireworks over the castle 2, if you did not have time for the first one, do not worry)) there will be a repeat)) it is better to download the map of the park in advance and decide on the attractions, because the territory is very large, so you will save time
The castle from afar is cool! In queues for rides in the off-season 1.5 hours, in season 3, generally not clear feelings, I liked only the beer in the terribly expensive dining room)
A place where even at the age of 40 you will feel like a happy child!)

This is my second Disneyland. The most vivid impressions of the visit. I'm happy as a child. The biggest disadvantage is queues. Yell here on average from 40 to 60 minutes for rides. In one way, I think he's a beast. Which opened quite recently, I had to stand for 1.5 hours. That's why fast-tracker is being saved here (a pass without a queue). But this is China, there are always a lot of people there.
