There is not always what is written in the menu. Which is frustrating. In the pool in the locker room, when there are a lot of people, jackets are spinning on a hanger and rubbing against a white wall, it is advisable to either wipe the walls there or paint them with paint that does not leave traces on clothes. (To the comments that the jackets are white in lime, the cloakroom attendant said that the quote "the problems here are not mine and I'm not going to keep them") in the cage bar, when booking a table for the evening, everything is not smooth either. You need to think in advance and make an order for the evening that you will drink and eat. Which is not very convenient. This has never happened before. In general, the rest is not bad, but even good. Everything is very thought out. But the nuances with the staff are not always smooth. P.S. at the entrance, count everything from towels to tea spoons. Upon check-out, if there is not enough in the room, you will be charged. We did not count the spoons and were charged for 1 spoon, allegedly we stole it. A very cool place for a family vacation! The food is delicious, there is a separate dining room for children with a cartoon show and children's furniture. You can always choose even for the most selective. There are a lot of activities during the day, a rope park, bicycles, workshops, concerts. A nice large water park, there are pools with slides, and there are calm pools for adults, the water park has no heating, but there is a complex of baths. An outdoor heated swimming pool. A large area among the pines, no dust, everything is clean on the territory. The rooms are great, warm, and there are a lot of thoughtful little things for children. The room has towels for 4 people, 2 pool towels, toothbrush, toothpaste, soap, hair dryer, there are only bathrobes. Separately, the work of the staff should be noted, everyone is very friendly and responsive. So far, only 1 minus is check-in, at one point a lot of people are settling in and this procedure is very long.
