There is no water in the shower, either cold or hot water. There was water in the sink with a match jet (building 5, 2nd floor, room 13) in other buildings there was no such thing. There is not always what is written in the menu. Which is frustrating. In the pool in the locker room, when there are a lot of people, jackets are spinning on a hanger and rubbing against a white wall, it is advisable to either wipe the walls there or paint them with paint that does not leave traces on clothes. (To the comments that the jackets are white in lime, the cloakroom attendant said that the quote "the problems here are not mine and I'm not going to keep them") in the cage bar, when booking a table for the evening, everything is not smooth either. You need to think in advance and make an order for the evening that you will drink and eat. Which is not very convenient. This has never happened before. In general, the rest is not bad, but even good. Everything is very thought out. But the nuances with the staff are not always smooth. P.S. at the entrance, count everything from towels to tea spoons.
