Bad. We used the company's services: a premium transfer and an individual tour. The manager sent the program and description of the car in advance. The car arrived on time, but the air conditioner couldn't handle it. The front seat did not recline and I had to sit in a half-bent state. The driver was constantly braking to the floor, even adults were seasick. The tour guide did not complete the program. He asked what was important to us. We said the old town with beautiful streets for a photo. This was included in the description of the tour, but the guide did not know where they were and began to call his wife. The guide did not know the address of the place indicated in the program and asked us. He said to the mills: go and see for yourself. I missed 2 locations. The premium transfer went about its business and we had to wait. Instead of the old town, we were taken to a candy store, where the guide has a percentage. We wrote to the manager about the problem, according to the guide, we refused ourselves, although we clearly made it clear to him that this was an important part of the tour for us. The arguments were that we were not on the way and we did not show him the address. For 300 euros, he must know the addresses of the places according to the declared program himself. At the same time, the manager wrote that this was their best guide. Although this is the worst guide I've ever come across during my travels.
