The convenient location of the hotel. A nice, beautiful building. Everything is clean. Delicious breakfasts. The room is cozy. Comfortable beds, clean bed linen, warm blanket. There is an air conditioner- a comfortable temperature. Large windows, but quiet. The elevator is quiet, it's very pleasant to sleep. There is a botanical garden nearby. The staff is very friendly. All issues are quickly resolved. They found an opportunity to receive my son and me early in the morning. Thanks for the hospitality to the staff and especially to the manager Aigul. We were passing through from another country. Sanitation is suffering. The vacuum cleaner barely vacuums the carpet, no one dusted before entering the room, windows, TV, wardrobe, bed, everything is covered in dust!!! We even had to clean the grilles in the air conditioner from dust ourselves, no one has ever touched them. After the first night, it became bad, as there is an allergy. Therefore, we decided to check with our spouse. It's terrible! Naturally, they called the administrator, to which he said that they used to have better service, but there was so much dust, because the area was dusty... come on!? And now don 't you clean up?
Before that, a couple of days before booking, they asked for a room with a double bed and with the possibility of extension. When we arrived to check in. The girl at the reception was very fussed and gave us a room with just two single beds. We went down to hand over the keys. Why are important aspects not taken into account!? The girl called someone and we heard that she asked to move these two beds together, which we refused. As a result, they moved us into a room with a double bed, where everything was dusty.
Why doesn't the manager keep an eye on the hotel?
Why is everyone trying to teach themselves frivolously? The hotel 4**** the service is disgusting, the prices do not match! People come to you from different countries to see your country. And this is how you greet your guests.

The magnificent hotel is democratic and comfortable. In the room: a wide bed with a normal (not sagged) mattress, enough sockets with an adequate location, the air conditioner does not make noise and, most importantly, does not blow on you when you sleep. The bathroom has good plumbing, good water pressure. The breakfasts are hearty, although the buffet itself is not large. The room is quiet.

It's not a bad hotel to spend the night for a couple of days. If you want to iron white things, it's not fate. The sole is burnt. I asked to bring another iron, the result has not changed. The breakfast is good, but get ready for the fact that you will be charged for a cup of natural coffee for breakfast. In general, everything is clean and tidy. There is an elevator and a small space in front of the hotel for gatherings.

A good building, 7 floors in this area is the dominant height. It is clear that during the construction they invested money without regret. Ergonomics has been thought out, the entrance terrace and rooftop are landscaped and comfortable. Therefore, the little things are upsetting - they asked for cleaning to come in an hour, but they did not see it during the day. We arrived late at night, the elevator did not work, we got up late, because we did not go to bed early, but the elevator still does not work, although it is already the middle of the next day. On the day of departure, without declaring war, they found out that there was no hot water, so they had to fly stale. But if you tighten up the service, then there may be a very good place.

The hotel is not bad, in terms of location, renovation, breakfast, room service, air conditioning, everything is fine.
But there is a big "but". About this in more detail: I stopped 2 times, both times for work, important business meetings, an exhibition.
The rooms were on the roadway, 6th floor and 2nd floor. Both times together. Both times, my fellow travelers and I suffered from stuffiness and lack of fresh air, or rather - while the window is open - there is enough air, but this adds a headache, in the truest sense of the word - constant noise from the roadway, both day and night.
It is not realistic to fall asleep without being exhausted, you close the window - after 30 minutes you suffer from stuffiness and carbon dioxide concentration, because there is no forced ventilation, only open or not open the window, in both cases headache, red eyes and fatigue in the morning are provided, because you cannot fall asleep from the noise of cars, or from the departure of CO2. As a result, you go to the pharmacy for aspirin and drops to remove "red" eyes, and an energy drink to somehow come to your senses.
When we lived on the 6th floor, it was a little more "comfortable" than on the 2nd floor. More, perhaps, I will not return if the issue of ventilation is not resolved. There are compact vent.various installations, recurators, etc.

A very small room (albeit with a large double bed), how two people can fit in it is unclear. There is not a single outlet near the bed (the walls are sewn with panels). The windows of my room looked out onto a noisy street. It's uncomfortable.

A cozy, clean little hotel. Excellent finishes, new furniture and equipment. In the restaurant, even the legs of the chairs are glued with felt and do not rattle on the tiles, a variety of dishes for breakfast. The staff is polite and hospitable. Highly recommended :-) I recommend it.
