The most favorite place in Astana! We have been several times in different places of this network and we can say with confidence that the cafe at 31 Irchenko Street is the best among the entire network. I liked absolutely everything here: the attitude of the waiters and staff, the atmosphere, the small number of visitors and, of course, the quality of the food. There is a huge selection of items available on the menu, you can order breakfast all day until the evening. In addition to breakfast, the menu also offers desserts, main hot dishes, side dishes and soups in abundance. There is also fast food, but we have not tried it, so we will not be able to leave a review about it. Otherwise, it's wonderful! In this cafe, unlike other cafes in the network, there are no buttons on the tables to call the waiter, but this does not prevent employees from doing their job well.

Author's tea, coffee and smoothies were taken from the drinks. Everything is very tasty and I liked everything.
The food is not stable. It is often completely bland, as if the cook had forgotten about the salt. But I agree with the opinion that, if desired, you can always add salt and this is delicious. From the good - I really liked the pancakes and sandwiches. But that's it.
Waiters are a separate topic. Hosts, why do you have one poor waiter on shift? Many of the joints described below could have been avoided by adding another waiter. They don't know what goes into which tea, coffee. You ask to bring tea later, they bring it right away. To be given a menu, two times out of three, we had to come up and personally ask, although there are bells on the tables. It's the same with requests to calculate. They didn't bring the appliances today, so we had to ask for them ourselves. The question is, gentlemen, why do you take 10% of the tip from the order?
There is no separate account. Which is also surprising.
In front of us today, the girl who accidentally broke the glass was told that they would put it on her account. Apparently, the girl did not know that the broken dishes in the establishment are a controversial topic. And not always, even if the administration assures you of that, you are obliged to pay for what you accidentally broke.
What a cherry. The toilet was never clean three times out of three, but today it looked worse than the toilets at train stations.

Yesterday we were there with a friend, the mood was good, so we did not swear.
They brought me udon with chicken, which looked like ramen - just noodles with broth and meat. I'm attaching a photo - it's anything but udon. The onions and mushrooms were obviously pickled, and the smell of vinegar was very strong. At the same time, the udon was peppered, I tried it only four times in different places and could not continue to eat it (the menu does not indicate that it is spicy, and I know well that there is no such classic udon). My friend had a salty ear. When calculating with the waiter, I pointed out that I did not like it, they did not offer anything in return, at least they would make some kind of discount if you cannot remove the entire position from the account.
The teas are delicious, I added a star for it. Because of the dishes, the evening was ruined, it was risky to order something else on the same day from this chef, because we just left hungry. Elsewhere (Kenesary 61) the service is much better.

I like to dine here, I give minus one star only for the speed of serving. But if you are not in a hurry, I recommend going somewhere. And please, no complaints to the staff. Usually there are young guys and students working part-time here. There should be no complaints about coffee, sweets and food. I especially love their hodgepodge and other soups.

Disappointed! When they came and sat down, None of the waiters came up. They asked for the menu and did not bring it. I had to get up and take it myself. While waiting for the order, the waiter took the napkins from us and took them to another table, but they never brought them to us (I had to get up and take them at the checkout myself) It feels like it's not them who need to pay for the service, but me for taking everything everywhere myself. We ordered chicken sausages since a person does not eat beef, we brought beef (We waited for it to be changed) we ordered caesar waiting and really, to be honest ... there should have been Iceberg salad but there was an ordinary salad that is never put in caesar. When they complained, they offered beetroot salad with pumpkin.

It's not a place to sit. It's cramped, dark and uncomfortable. Anyone can come in and sit at a table without ordering anything. Yesterday, an alcoholic in an adidas suit sat next to me and drank vodka from his throat (which he took out of a bag) while sitting at the table. The service is lame, the food on the menu is rarely delicious. Salads have a terribly sweet sauce, which makes it impossible to eat the dish. I give stars for the delicious baked potatoes and the young waitress with glasses, who is trying to give at least some service in this mess.
