I have no complaints about the store's assortment, but I have big questions for the staff. In the evening, around 18:50, on April 17, 2025, I made a purchase at a self-service checkout. An error popped up, a consultant (male, I don't remember the name) approached. In addition to a harsh answer, like "Well, what did you do?" We had a very interesting dialogue. I said that I was from Russia and they were punching a QR code, not a barcode. They asked me why I was skipping school. I replied that I was studying at a university. Again, the consultant started repeating the same thing.: "Why are you skipping university?" As if it shouldn't concern anyone but me. But when I said that I was studying at the Faculty of History, the conversation turned into an unexpected direction. They started asking me for my attitude towards their work. There was even a comparison of the participants of the SVO and the Russians who support it with the Nazis. When I said that I wasn't going to judge anyone, let alone speak ill, because I came from a military family, they told me that I was a murderer and my family were murderers too. Extremely ugly and tactless behavior. Everyone has different opinions, but a consultant at his workplace has no right to stand there grinning and calling you murderers. It is not entirely clear how the Republic of Belarus wants to attract Russian tourists on vacation, given that there are such workers. For Russian tourists, I do not recommend visiting this store, as there are organizations around where you will be treated adequately and with respect.
A fairly large store with a large selection, which is typical for all discounters in general, sellers are not rude, there is a bakery, a pharmacy and everything you need nearby
