Tire service at Kharkov 16/5 has lost at least 2 customers.The incompetence and dishonesty of its owner is beyond belief.Previously, I used the services of another disbel branch for several years.by at 42 Brestskaya Street, which is closed. The guys at Brest always specified what they were doing before work and there were no complaints. On April 9th, I was at the tire shop, I quickly changed the tires. I began to notice right away that the steering wheel was shaking. The tire pressure was rechecked several times, everything is fine.They advised me to drive up to the tire shop again to check the balancing.I made an appointment beforehand and arrived. IP Salovich D.N. suggested that this is due to uneven wear of the rizina on two wheels, weights and balancing are normal. I swapped the wheels. It took about 6 minutes. He billed 35 rubles, when I was outraged, he said 32 rubles. Salovich D.N. threatened to call the police if I didn't pay. I was shocked by this behavior. I decided to check what the problem is in the end. But there is no problem! The steering wheel does not shake. That is, the person did his job poorly during the initial tire repair, and then again took money for his own shoals. At the initial payment, the receipt was not given. Upon repeated treatment, he discharged him at my request. I do not want to deal with such a non-charging organization, namely IP Salovich D.N.. I really wanted to go on the same day and write suggestions in the book, but I did not want to meet this man again, who talks a lot and, as it turned out, does little. I would like the tax authorities to check this individual entrepreneur, how he issues checks and makes payments.
