Nice, family-run hotel. I traveled with my family, 2 adults and a 13-year-old child. The room is spacious, there are all necessary bath accessories, tea, kettle. There is a split system. The staff is friendly and ready to help. You can exchange money directly at the reception at a good rate. We were met at the train station. The breakfasts are good, there is plenty to choose from. The location is excellent 2-3 minutes and you are at Registan. I recommend.

Super modern and clean hotel! New, 3-storey building. Beautiful large rooms with balconies and comfortable beds, Registan Square is 3 minutes away. Very good breakfasts (there is porridge and a coffee machine). Payment is taken in rubles, soums, and dollars. Only there is no elevator, but luggage can be lifted and lowered down the stairs, so this is not a problem.

The best hotel during your stay in Uzbekistan. Next to Registan Square, to the right of the exit along the sports field, then between the houses, and you go out onto the square. Fresh renovation, clean bed, slippers, gel, shampoo, toothbrush with paste. And what kind of breakfasts-cheesecakes, chakchak, even kagka, everything is incredibly delicious, swallow your tongue. You can buy bathrobes on the ground floor.

I came to the Samarkand Marathon race. The hotel managers even made breakfast early before the race at our request. The breakfast is good. Clean, cozy, inexpensive. Within walking distance from the main square. I will definitely stay here next time

The hotel is brand new, the location is just the very center, everything is within walking distance, Registan Square and other attractions, there is a place to walk in the evening, buffet breakfasts, in principle there is enough of everything, a coffee machine with cappuccino!, the rooms are clean, cleaning is done. In general, I advise you to visit!

Wonderful location, 5 minutes to Registan.
The room is spacious, well-equipped, decorated in a national style, everything is new, large bathroom, bright.
The service is unobtrusive, but friendly, they try to help if anything happens.
Breakfast is meager, but everything is edible. I did not pay special attention to this, there are many cafes nearby, there is a shop (next door). There is a good teahouse in the next yard.
The location compensates for absolutely everything and is generally comfortable.

I really liked the hotel: new, clean, small, calm. The room has good bed linen and a proper mattress. Friendly and friendly staff (as we understood it - members of the same family). Delicious breakfast, Italian coffee machine. BUT the most important thing that was important to us was the location! The hotel is literally 5 minutes from the central Registan Square and at the same time in a quiet courtyard where birds are singing. The noise usual for the central part of the city is not heard at all, you can get a good night's sleep. There is no elevator in the hotel, only 3 floors, but the guys at the reception are willing to help, there are no problems with lifting / lowering luggage at all

One of the best hotels I've been to! All rooms are perfectly clean, bright, spacious! The most hospitable hotel, 100% service. The hotel staff helps with everything, called a taxi at the expense of the hotel, organized lunch boxes. Such an attitude is rare in 2024. Definitely 1000 out of 10 for the hotel.

Great location.
You can use the free airport transfer service, which is more important than ever for tourists from Russia if there are no Uzbek soums by taxi. There is an exchange office at the airport, but suddenly it will not work....
Breakfast is delicious from 8 to 10 in the morning.
The room is clean and bright. WiFi without complaints. The staff is great!

A great little hotel.
The location is perfect, 5 minutes to Registan Square, 10-12 to Gur Emir. At the same time, it is located in a quiet cozy courtyard.
The room is clean, new, bright. The shower room is well equipped, there are all toiletries. There are slippers, though thin and not very comfortable. There are no dressing gowns, which is not very comfortable.
And for some reason there is no refrigerator, I'm used to the fact that even in unpretentious hotels the rooms are equipped with mini refrigerators.
Very tasty and varied breakfasts. Good Wi-Fi.
Parking a car near the hotel is also not a problem.

New hotel, super location: in a quiet courtyard, three minutes walk to Registan Square. Hearty breakfasts, delicious coffee. The staff is responsive, attentive, the guys are trying very hard. But there are a lot of disadvantages that spoiled the rest. Even the wonderful staff could not correct the overall impression.
And there are a lot of disadvantages!
There is no elevator (they will help you lift your luggage, but it will be inconvenient for people with disabilities here).
There is no noise insulation at all. The walls are cardboard. Bright light from the corridor penetrates from under the door into a large crack
The cleaning is so-so. The velour headboard of the bed was covered in hair. It was as if the plumbing hadn't been washed at all. And it's better to remove these "balls" of flavors in the toilet altogether - it's not hygienic! Just like the rubber mat in the bathroom - how is it treated after previous guests? These oilcloths on all the furniture were somewhat annoying.
Very hard mattresses. Everywhere in Uzbekistan is hard, but here it's just boards!
There is no kettle, refrigerator. By the way, there is a sticker hanging: "no food", keep in mind.
Due to the early departure, we were asked to collect breakfast. As a result, early in the morning we were given a package containing fruit and pancakes instead of lunch boxes. Yes, their pancakes for breakfast are very tasty! But still, it was not worth throwing pancakes in one bag with the rest of the food. As a result, the apples are all greasy, and the pancakes are spoiled.
By the way, there is no hot food for breakfast. That is, they bring cheesecakes, pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages. But it's all cold.
At night, something was buzzing strongly, ventilation or generators-it is unclear. But, given the lack of sound insulation, it was not possible to get enough sleep in any one night. You can even hear people sighing in the next room!

The best hotel we stayed at while traveling in Uzbekistan. Excellent location - many attractions are just around the corner. There is a Kapitalbank ATM nearby, you can withdraw money from a Unionpay card, many shops and restaurants. The hotel and rooms fully correspond to the description and photos. The room is large and VERY clean. We lived for 5 days, the white slippers remained white. The room has an interesting design, high ceilings, a large double bed, an excellent set of pillows, good blankets. Thoughtful light, there are nightlights. A balcony to get some fresh air. Excellent air conditioning, wifi is super. There is a cooler on the floor. Separate praise for the bathroom. There are 3 types of shower heads, there is a hygienic shower. It is spacious, the sides are competently made in the shower corner, the water does not flood the bathroom. The plums work just fine. The light is 10 points out of 5, it is very rare to find a great light in the bathroom. We liked the breakfasts. There were a lot of fruits, national pastries, and dairy products. I really liked the attitude of the staff. You see in front of you a family that welcomes dear guests and is ready to do everything possible to make them feel good. At the end of our stay, we made a pleasant surprise - a free transfer to the railway station. I really want to wish you not to lower the bar and continue to please your guests. If we visit Samarkand again, we will definitely stop here. Thank you for a great stay.

A new hotel in the heart of Samarkand. Excellent service, delicious breakfasts and a very convenient taxi service from/to the airport. New clean rooms, all amenities, including hair dryer, air conditioner and iron. the main attractions are a couple of minutes away on foot.

The location of the hotel is excellent, just two minutes to Registan, but despite this, the hotel is quiet. Delicious breakfasts, wonderful coffee (there is a coffee machine). Excellent friendly staff (not overly friendly, but always ready to help). The rooms and the hotel itself are very clean. The mattress is comfortable. This is probably the first hotel in which I did not find any disadvantages.

A wonderful place, everything is clean, beautiful, with a local flavor. The staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are gorgeous, despite the cold weather, it was warm inside. Registan, Siab Bazaar, Bibi Khanim are within walking distance. An ideal place to stop in Samarkand. By the way, they make a great barbecue nearby)

Excellent new hotel 100 meters from Registan Square, inexpensive, breakfast included. 2 line from the road, blocking a noisy road. There is a refrigerator, a kettle, and some dishes in the room. Large bathroom, balcony. The mattress is hard, yes, but with our sore backs, we forgot about the pain in them, I really liked it. It is quite difficult to find a cafe during the holidays. The hotel is great. Located near Registan. The room is gorgeous! We opened the windows and breathed the cool autumn fresh air all night. The breakfasts are very good, the small pies, and the sweet pastries are delicious and unusual. A real national cuisine. The excellent location of the hotel, the famous Registan Square in front of the hotel. The room is just as clean as possible, even Lena Letuchaya would not have found anything to get to. I really liked the mattress on the bed. A comfortable shower room that does not fill the entire floor with water. And just wonderful staff: they took things into storage before check-in, prepared a very delicious breakfast at early check-out, so that we could take it with us on the train and not stay hungry! I will definitely recommend this hotel to friends and acquaintances.

The location of the hotel is excellent, literally across the courtyard and the Registan Square road.Our room had 4 separate beds, very spacious, clean, pleasant.Yes, the mattresses are a bit harsh, but we didn't consider it critical for 2 nights.The breakfast is delicious, of course not 150 dishes, but everything is edible and to the point. Damn, the stars are only for proximity to Registan. Well, that's all through one place! We arrived late, some kind of weird story that the Shaitan machine doesn't work, you can't pay with a card - go take it off. And to take off for a second to pay a commission, as a result, they paid from Tinkoff to an Uzbek card 🤦
The interior is all beautiful, but the carpet on the stairs is covered with a dirty rag and it's really creepy that you'll crash with this litter and roll down the stairs

Cleaning is one name, for 3 nights we never changed the linen and towels, but we rummaged very carefully in the suitcase and sorted out our dirty clothes!
The floor was not washed, the toilet and sink were not wiped!
And yes! You will be given microscopic shampoos and 1 roll of toilet paper) save!!!
And a MATTRESS! It's a board with a rag! It's softer on the carpet! Barely shook out the blankets from them and made themselves a feather bed))
Objectively, apart from the location, there is nothing good 😭

Personally, the attitude towards the guests came to me the most..... as I came to my native people (that's just everything that can be put into this meaning). I wish you good luck and more guests.
