We stayed at this hotel for 5 days, and the impressions were the most wonderful! The room was cozy, simple, with a view of Bayterek. It is clear that the hotel is not young, but this gives it its charm. The breakfasts were included - a very varied buffet, my family was satisfied. There is a currency exchange at the entrance, which I find very convenient.
Separately, I would like to mention the Maryam administrator — a true professional in his field! She was incredibly friendly, helpful and always ready to help. Thanks to her attention and care, all issues were resolved instantly (SIM card, travel documents, delivery, etc.), I felt like a welcome guest.
Overall, the atmosphere in the hotel is calm and relaxing. For your first visit to the capital of Kazakhstan, I recommend it! The hotel is within walking distance of many attractions.

In general, I liked the hotel, good and friendly staff, convenient location. I lived in a standard room with a view of the city on the 8th floor, the room is large, comfortable, everything I needed, slippers, bathrobe, a set of everything necessary in the bathroom, tea set, water. The only thing that is not very convenient is that the gym, pool, spa are located in another building (I had to walk down the street there). The breakfasts are very decent, porridge, boiled eggs, if you ask, the chefs will make scrambled eggs, hot dishes - several types, fruits, nuts, dried fruits, buns, cakes, pancakes, cheeses, sausages, fresh vegetables, no one will be hungry for sure. It was also important to me that you could make coffee in the coffee machine. I didn't take a photo of the room, just the view from the window.

Nice hotel. We went on tour as a group. The check-in was very quick. The room is large with a gorgeous view from the window, especially at night. The room has everything. The hotel has a swimming pool and spa. There is a place to relax. It's just that due to circumstances, there was very little time at the hotel, there were a lot of excursions. I slept great. In the morning, a great buffet breakfast is served under the dome of the hotel. The staff is very polite, everyone speaks Russian.
I advise you to visit the atmospheric bar Let's go. It is immediately to the right of the hotel. You'll like it.

The rooms are tired, but there is underfloor heating. Spa once a day, go to the neighboring building around the hotel in the courtyard. The breakfasts are interesting, but in our case I noticed a not entirely satisfied staff and empty distribution tables (but not quite). There was probably only one bottle of champagne for everyone. We arrived at the hotel with a group of 40 people and there were other guests. The hotel is in the center, our room has a view of the chupa chups, in general a normal hotel, for the money that we went to Kazakhstan is excellent, but no more))

In terms of price-quality ratio, the hotel is very bad, that's why:
1. Hair dryer. The hair dryer in the room looks like an old Soviet vacuum cleaner, which is not regulated and blows in an unknown direction, it is practically impossible to dry your hair quickly and in the right direction.;
2. Room quality. The room was 610, the light was very dim, it was impossible not to work or read normally. The bed is relatively good, and so are the pillows. The TV is antique, and you can't connect a laptop, phone, or Wi-Fi to it, just cable TV. The furniture is old, most likely still caught the perestroika and the collapse of the Soviet Union. The carpet in the room has probably never been cleaned. There are no available sockets in the bed. There is a mini bar, but it is a debatable pleasure.
3. Maintenance. In general, it's probably not bad, except for the fact that they threw away my pills, which cost +/- 140$, I'm glad that there were 2 pills left in the pack, but I still had to buy them individually, but already in place.
Water is brought to the room one bottle at a time, if you need more, then go with your old bottle to the cooler and get water, or wait until morning. I had to collect bottles in order not to run 10 times to the cooler, the water in the cooler is not particularly tasty, but I don't have to choose.
By the way, no one apologized for the pills, I left a complaint, but it seemed to be parallel to everyone.
4. The air conditioner is antique, it only works at full speed, and if you decide to turn it on, you will have to listen to the heartbreaking creak of the fan.
5. The window in the room is not adjustable, either it opens fully or it doesn't. There is a breeze from the window, there is no heating in the room, only air conditioning, so it was lucky that when I arrived it started to get warmer.
6. Among the big advantages, there is an exchange office, two excellent restaurants, more precisely, one restaurant and one cafe, both places have excellent food and service. The breakfasts are great too.

We rented a room in the summer, and friends from different cities and even countries gathered. The hotel needs renovation, the carpet is dirty, the furniture is shabby. And okay, the hotel is not new, but the worst thing was, there was no hot water, that is, in the morning, to brush my teeth and wash, I was offered to go down to the spa. The air conditioner wasn't working, although there are panoramic windows and the glass is heating up, which makes the room hot. We were in a rush to move to another hotel, and I forgot my phone charger, which they eventually couldn't find. Although it remained on the charger. The breakfasts were good, and the air conditioner wasn't working in the restaurant either. The only advantage is the location. It's terrible that there are such hotels in the center of the capital.

The hotel is located in the center, 35 minutes from the airport, at the time of check-in, the hotel is being renovated, not that it interferes, but breakfasts are apparently prepared at temporary locations, so it is not very tasty and varied. Unreasonably expensive. The TV did not work in the room for more than a day. During the three days of arrival, they could not fix the Wi-Fi. The maids don't work well. The hotel may correspond to 4*, but everything has long been outdated ... it's time to change both furniture and plumbing. It is also declared as a SPA hotel ... nothing like that ... a swimming pool in the courtyard of the residential complex next to the hotel. From the hotel to the SPA, you can not take either bathrobes or towels ... and even such a thing ... walking down the street in a towel or bathrobe. The SPA is not very good in the end. I don't recommend it. Well, I would laugh about the buffet breakfast ... very boring and not tasty. Well, the queue for coffee was also confused. There are also not enough tables and dishes for breakfast. So draw conclusions. I wouldn't go there next time. As it is, the location is good. It's beautiful around and everything is in the center.

This is not the first time we have stopped. In general, we love this hotel very much. Of course, it has old finishes, it can be cold in the rooms, and the maid shifts are of varying degrees of laziness, and the breakfast meal ends an hour before the end. But the location is very good, the rooms are large, the staff are friendly and always ready to help. The restaurant for breakfast faces the sunny side, there is champagne for breakfast (you just have to ask to open it)) and my other restaurant, Blackbash, gave me a pleasant surprise.

The hotel is new, it was built on a grand scale. The elevators are big, there are many of them.
However, the rooms themselves are slowly decaying....
At the same time, not only the wallpaper will come off, but also the electronic key reader does not work the first time in the room itself - it is not very convenient without light. Plus, the receptionist warned that once a day you need to program the electronic room key.
The TV was not working, the plug did not fit into the outlet.
The windows are huge, but dirty from the outside - the photos of the city through the window are cloudy
The breakfast buffet is a little boring. It is possible to order fried eggs, but they are prepared in such a way that they immediately discourage appetite.
The bathtub is like an old Soviet bathtub.
The bed is a large double bed.
The room is cleaned with high quality.
A standard room in May cost 35 thousand tenge (about 6.3 thousand rubles).
The exchanger is right at the entrance to the hotel.
In general, it is normal for a business trip to spend a couple of nights.
If you need documents for reporting to the accounting department, take them right away, otherwise someone takes the checks from them there... Then they search for a long time and do not immediately find it....

Today, when checking in, there were accessories for 1 person, the TV does not work, the technical service could not connect it. The room is cold, the air conditioner does not work for heat. The Wi-Fi is not working. The cost of services in rubles for 1 night is almost 9,000 rubles. We came to this hotel for the last time.

There are four advantages: the city center, a beautiful hall, a large room, a more or less normal atmosphere in the room.
There are a lot of disadvantages:
The rooms are very old. There was no light in the room when checking in. An electrician was called. They didn't want to move me to a new room, like there are no available rooms. Most likely a lie, because there were 5 people at breakfast. In the end, I'm 45! I sat for a few minutes waiting for the number! They didn't even apologize.
You need to hold the shower with your hands, because the holders are broken. Rusty towel holders. The wallpaper is peeling off. The hair dryer is barely blowing.
The phone does not work, you need to go down to the reception for any questions. They said to call vacap, but they just didn't pick up the phone on vacap…
The room is cold, the air conditioner does not work for heating.
Some of the outlets are not working.
The WiFi is weak, it was not possible to talk to the camera using the zoom.
