We have been staying at this hotel for the 4th year under contract. Good location. 10 minutes to the sea, access to the best beach on the Black Sea coast. The hotel is clean and tidy. Comfortable rooms with everything you need. Rooms are cleaned, towels are changed. Kitchen for self-cooking. The kitchen is spacious: three stoves, three sinks, a lot of dishes. There is a restaurant on site. Very decent.! There is also a barbecue area and a beautiful green area on site. There are swings and a trampoline for children. I think that the success of this hotel lies in the wonderful hostess Lyudmila Petrovna. She welcomes all vacationers with cordiality, solves any issues that arise and is always ready to suggest how best to plan a vacation. Thank you so much for your hard work and responsiveness! The room is located on the 2nd floor, clean, everything you need is there: three towels, a hairdryer, soap, toilet paper, clean linen, changed after the 5th day. The room has air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle with cups. All the necessary utensils and kitchen utensils, if you decide to cook yourself, are available in the kitchen on the ground floor. You can also eat there, there are many tables, as well as gazebos, barbecue, Playground, small, but the kids have something to do. Parking is large, cameras are installed. Clean everywhere, the staff is trying, well done! Starting from the kitchen and ending with the lawns. It is very nice that in the morning the cleaner wiped the windows in the corridor, added consumables, there was no need to run to the reception and beg for something. Before the guests checked in, the room was cleaned by three employees, it smelled of detergents, which is also a big plus. The sea is nearby, although it is necessary to walk a little along the roadway without a sidewalk, but the beach itself covers this minus. Pine trees, the sea, the purest water. The beach is free, everything is cleaned, but toilets and everything else are paid. There are also several cafes where you can eat, music plays in the evening, you can relax perfectly.

Hello everyone I want to share my impressions about the guest house Dionysius on Nozadze 52 in Lidzava village (Ldzaa) Gagarin district of Abkhazia. We rested there in July 2024. The impressions are only the best! The administrator Guzel met us - she is very pleasant, friendly and open, immediately disposes to herself and to a pleasant rest! Our double room was on the ground floor. Check-in at 14 o'clock. By this hour, the room was clean, there were no complaints on this line. There are: shower and toilet combined, refrigerator, TV, kettle, two glasses, air conditioning, wardrobe with shelves and hangers, two beds, two bedside tables, two chairs, table lamp, tulle and dark curtains on the Windows, balcony with a clothesline, three towels for each. The beds are made with good unwashed sets of the same colors (not flashy, not bright) and very soft plain bedspreads. In the shower room there is a sink, a mirror, a hair dryer, a shelf for bath accessories. The toilet was sparkling, the paper was white, soft and in unlimited quantities, like garbage bags. Every five days, the room is cleaned with a change of bed linen and towels. There is a large communal kitchen: eight tables, three stoves, three sinks, a bunch of all kinds of dishes from spoons to pots, pans and towels. The kitchen is cleaned early every morning by diligent maids, as well as corridors and other common areas. There is even a guard who looks after our peace of mind at night). There is enough space on the territory for private cars of vacationers. For kids there is a trampoline, a swing, a slide. There are also gazebos and barbecues. On the territory of Dionysius there is also a cafe Scarlet sails - from breakfasts to dinners, from compote to wine and chacha. The cafe is always with visitors. Very pleasant and caring hosts - Lyudmila Petrovna and Vladimir Petrovich. He will always ask unobtrusively if everything is fine, etc. Thanks a lot to them too! The sea is a 4-5 minute walk away. I won't talk about the sea here - I'm afraid I won't stop))) the cleanest transparent sea! There are relict pines on the beach, where you can relax at noon. I would definitely come to Dionysius again!
