We stayed here for ten days. We liked everything very much. Clean, cozy. There is everything for a comfortable stay. There is a shared kitchen with a fridge and the possibility to cook something. There is a washing machine. Very neat territory, it is possible to park the car in the yard.
Each house has its own small cozy terrace, which is nice to sit on. There is a kettle in the room, a small refrigerator, an electric stove, air conditioning, shower, toilet. Everything is very convenient.
There is a dining room and a shop nearby. The sea is a 5-minute walk away.
Special thanks to the beautiful girl Maya, the administrator! He will always help, tell you everything, solve everything!

A very pleasant place! Lovely beds with excellent mattresses and generally cozy rooms. It's five minutes to the sea and most importantly its own sun beds. This is a very pleasant moment when you get tired of lying on a pebble beach)
A huge plus is that there are two cafes nearby to choose from with delicious and high-quality food!
Not a big disadvantage of the hotel is the good audibility of the neighbors. The walls could have been made more noise-insulated.

Modern guest houses with everything you need, the sea is very close! A very decent place to stay in Abkhazia in the capital. Everything on site and in the rooms is clean and well maintained. The staff is pleasant and friendly, I recommend it!

A great place to relax! Cozy clean rooms, a BBQ area and a kitchen equipped with everything necessary for cooking. Free umbrellas and deck chairs! The beach is nearby. I will come back more than once!
