We celebrated the 4th anniversary of the child. Animators... yesterday's children who don't know how to communicate with children. Kapets costumes. At least for a dinosaur. A girl played in the "skin" of Korzyk's Kitten. A certain dissonance.
Constant hitches, they expect each other to take the initiative in their own hands. The program is crumpled, not festive, there was no easy excitement, which I expected from professional animators. The Lol doll, which cost 35 rubles for 15 minutes, in my opinion, was supposed to take out a cake. The kitten took out a Cake, the doll was walking behind, as if... I'll stand here and see if you're having fun. She stayed with us for 3-4 minutes. We took a picture of bystrukha and FSE! She's gone. They forgot to put sauces in the children's lunches, the children were eating French fries dry-boiled, until I realized that everyone had already eaten. The overall score is 3 points. Such centers should weed out animators, and come up with more fun entertainment for 4-5 year olds. Short question: Would you recommend it to your friends? Below, I replied: no. But here I want to say, there are probably disadvantages everywhere. The interiors are interesting, but there are tables for parents in the cave next to the cave. My parents had nowhere to sit in Diamand. Animators - Let them grow up. The dinosaur costume looks like pajamas. We don't have many similar places in Minsk, the choice is small.

Most of the gaming machines for toddlers do not work.
The photographer is not experienced. He can't make good shots.
I liked only pizza from the menu.

Huge, no, giant questions for the service sector. First we have an hour (60 minutes, Carl!) we were sitting at a table and waiting for the MENU, then we couldn't take an order for 20 minutes! Then, when the waitress came, it turned out that there was no tea, no coffee, nor 70% of the declared items from the menu. And so! We managed to order ice cream and pizza. When ready, they said 7 to 10 minutes. The pizza arrived 25 minutes later, but COMPLETELY different. Without any explanation, she was taken away. The child waited for his baby Margarita after 55 minutes. When the waiter asked how long to wait, we were told that I'm sorry, but we have banquets, we serve banquets. Our little boy was sitting without food at that moment. If he didn't want to eat and play here so much, we would have just left.
By the way, the receipt was brought to us right away! Even before we even received anything from the order. Of the appliances for three people: three plates, two knives, zero forks.
That's it for me! In a high-tech and highly competitive world, you have to be very quick!

I couldn't even imagine such wildness!.. The child ran and sat down at a table to eat his sandwich, he does not eat food in a cafe. The waiters immediately came running and said that they couldn't have their own food, go eat a sandwich somewhere else (as the administrator said, you can near the maze, or rather you can't seem to be there either, but they close their eyes). As an argument, they said that you can't always go to a cafe with your own. But attention, this is a CHILDREN's center, not just a cafe, everything is there together: tables, dinosaurs, a disco, slot machines and a maze nearby. And children are different, someone eats cafe food, someone does not eat. So either eat ours, or go outside with a sandwich and then you can go back to the children's center. If this is so important, then make a cafe in a separate room with a separate entrance, so that for sure, playing nearby, no one would think of sitting at a table.

It's a disgusting place. The finished dinosaurs, which are voiced by even more drunk voices, the program is awkward, children are not interested. Music a la cheap karaoke bar for adults. Aww, founders, this is, for a moment, a place for children!!! Even for the laziest, decent selections of music for different ages are available. Another question is why drive children over the fence during a disco, these are not animals🤦♀️
A separate word about the kitchen. Dinobox is a "Burger" with rotten cabbage and a cutlet of bread, barely fried potatoes, sauce of unknown production and a dinosaur for 2.5 rubles, which they do not take in an Asian store for 50 kopecks. Further. 20 rubles for a 500 g pizza, which is 350 grams with the naked eye, it is impossible to eat. Well, or perhaps, washing down with cheap vodka, which is offered too obsessively. What's the idea? Should I get my parents drunk while the kids are scratching their heads in the maze? How did it happen that vodka flows like a river in a children's cafe?
And finally, the prices. They don't match the ones on the site. The complex cannot be paid for, only the maze. After that, the administration loses its memory and all services are counted separately. For loyalty, they offer to reduce the price of the Dinobox🤷♀️ The receptionist girl is not friends with mathematics at all, not to mention ethics, branding and customer orientation.
And also, release the students from slavery. The girl in the Spider-Man costume, are you serious??? The suits require, if not replacement, then at least dry cleaning, they have greasy stains, they stink of sweat, the wigs are in terrible condition.
