She was arrogant at times, but okay, it's important to me that the doctor is a professional. After a short period of time, she brought her mother with a knee. Everything was fine until the moment when my mother had to come a second time, but only for an injection. The doctor said that my mother would ONLY need to come to get an injection after the cyst was removed, and I would have a second consultation after treatment, but there was no question of a second consultation for my mother. That's what the doctor told the administrator, that make an appointment for the girl, and it's easy for mom to get an injection. And so we came together again (mom for an injection, and I for a second consultation) and then Kundera invites me and MOM. I thought maybe she would give out some kind of direction for an injection, or just to come in together. She invited her mother, and I also said, "so it's for me, not my mother, to the reception." To which Kunder replied that we have a lot of time. I didn't understand at first why she said that. I wrote to my mother the same thing that had happened before and printed it out. It turned out it was a PAID CONSULTATION!!! Well, then there was my reception. After the injection to my mother, I went to pay for my reception and for the injection for my mother, for which they give me the amount of 190 rubles + for the injection!!! I said that I was the only one who had the consultation, Kundera was called, she told me to tear up and throw away the sheet that she had printed out to my mother. So dear readers, potential patients of this medical center, get ready that they will charge you for something that they didn't even talk about. It was very unpleasant and humiliating. When paying, I looked at the waiting patients in such a way that I took my mother to a consultation and refuse to pay. It's a terrible feeling!!! Then I said OK, let me pay (although I didn't understand why). But they told me, "No, it's not necessary anymore." Tell me, please, is this a normal situation at all?! It is a pity that there are such medical centers in Minsk that "work for money", while consultation is expensive. But, fortunately, I have not encountered such people anymore. But despite the cost, I am always ready to pay, so that everything would be of high quality. I always stick to it. By the way, almost 3 months have passed, I was waiting for time to pass and not write a glowing review and write how I am now - the treatment of a doctor of medical sciences and so on. Kunder E.V. DID NOT HELP, much to my regret. By the way, when I went to write a review, I saw other reviews and people also write that there are a lot of positive reviews about Kundera, but the treatment did not help. How is that? I went to the rheumatologist, everything seems to be OK. I signed up for an ultrasound of the joints. I came in 10 minutes of my time. I waited for 35 minutes, then realized that I would have to wait another 25 and I left. The reason: two difficult clients got caught and the queue stretched :) I signed up for a second consultation with a rheumatologist, stayed for 2-3 minutes, I was told to wait another 20 minutes (read 30), as they decided to unload another doctor and sent another client to mine, and I left. Bottom line: I won't go to this clinic anymore. I signed up for another one and I'm glad!

A disgusting medical center. The level of customer focus is below the baseboard. I had to call 5 times for my tests. Then they sent photos of analyzes to Viber (it is not known how to make out a bunch of indicators from the photo)!!! Then we lost the mailbox where to send the tests. Previously, before the reception, the reception administrator was late. If you want to run for medical staff for your own money, then you are clearly here. I'm not coming here anymore.
